A 4 day job lasted 8 months! They are unresponsive and leave you in limbo for months with no answer. Very unprofessional office staff with the inability to answer questions or return calls. The best part was probably the installers. Would NOT refer to anyone!

Products are poor quality. They do not honor warranties on any of their floorings. They never get back to you on issues with their products they carry. They do not uphold the customer service value standard of the construction industry. Completely disappointed. Will never recommend this company.

This place was by FAR the best quote we got for carpet! We put it in our basement and they were quick and did a great job. The only thing I didn’t love was the pad we chose. It was supposed to be upgraded memory pad and I can feel chunks of rubber in my padding even with my carpet on it and because it was for the basement I wish they had told us there was a different option but that’s my fault for not triple checking! They were a pleasure to work with and helped us find a carpet we truly love.
