Richard was totally God sent! We found him when we were about to give up on fixing our 1975 built house. We moved to WA a little over a year ago, had no experience with renovations, had few months left to live in our rental before we would have to renew the lease, and really didn’t know who we could trust with our renovation project. Richard was a great contractor who did our tile. I love his communication and pure craftsmanship skills. He helped us pick out the tiles and made suggestions to the stores that he trusted. There were a few delays due to some issues in the subfloor, but he was very professional and helped us through each step. I felt like we were taken care of and got a great tile installation for our remodel in our hise. We had some other contractors do the flooring for us, but Richard did the tile. Thank you once again

Earlier this year, we had an undetected leak in our kitchen wall, by the time we discovered the leak, it was too late. All of our lower cabinets and flooring needed to be torn out due to extensive water damage! It was a huge bummer, but once all damaged materials were removed and cleaned up, we decided we wanted to go ahead and have the entire kitchen and flooring throughout our house remodeled. We had our entry way flooring refinished and stair railings replaced. I LOVE how it turned out!!! Richard and his crew were amazing! Very professional and helpful in picking out the new railings, getting the stain to match the current flooring and making sure it was all done in a timely manner. Making sure that we were completely happy with the finished product. They even came back to do some touch ups after the new carpeting was installed. I will definitely recommend Lion Heart Remodel in the future as well as use them again. I only wish I had found them sooner! :)

He did mention that we needed to level some parts of the floor which would cost me $2,000 more than the advertised $1,000 price for the Floor Installation. So I asked about the promotion advertised on AngiesList which says $750 for Floor Installation and he replied saying that he'll honor that if I do the floor leveling. We used Lion Heart Remodel for a full remodel on our kitchen and to install flooring and baseboards in our living room. We enjoyed working with Richard throughout the entire process! This was our first remodel and he guided us through each step. He gave us recommendations on where to go for flooring, cabinets, and counter top. I would highly recommend working with Richard and Lion Heart Remodel. We hired him to upgrade the acoustic value of our laminate plank flooring in the second floor condo we just recently bought. Richard did work on 2 bathrooms. One was an emergency where another company mistakenly ripped out the floor of the wrong bathroom. He was very helpful and was able to get there first bathroom done in a couple of hours. I definitely recommend them for work. I had a very good experience with all the workers sent out.

Richard was fast, affordable, and professional. After being let down by some big flooring companies that didn't have the right materials and had a three month wait, I contacted him for a qoute to install our vinyl plank flooring. He responded immediately and gave me a quote the same day and scheduled the installation within 2 weeks. He initially planned for 4 days but finished in less than 3. Richard Loehr, owner of this company, is OUTSTANDING. I had worked with TWO other contractors on this same job before finding Richard. He has a very strong work ethic, bids the job and doesn't have hidden costs, cleans up meticulously at the end of every day, and is a sincerely hard worker. Recently, Rich from Lion Heart Remodel installed engineered wood in my home in 3 rooms and 2 sets of stairs. Rich did a wonderful job. He was very easy to work with and he is very knowledgeable when it comes flooring and remodels. I was going to have Home Depot complete the work, however, I really like the idea of giving my money to a local business rather than a large corporation. I gave Rich a try and actually, he is a lot easier to work with than Home Depot. I have more floors to install in my house and I will definitely call Lion Heart again!

Richard was very helpful and professional. He arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day. He even stayed late when things did not go as quickly as planned due to our awkward space. You can expect the same from his team. Richard has done two installations for us now and I would not hesitate to call on hime again. He kept the workspace clean and left the property very tidy when his work was done. I used lion heart flooring. The gentleman is truly a gentleman and is extremely hard working. He was on time, told me what the job entailed and finished pretty quick. I would gladly use them in the future. The price wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive by any means. Overall, great experience.
