Had a heat pump system installed in July 2019, to be utilized for AC in summer and Heat in spring/fall. Zac and team were great, prompt, and professional. Before the install they told me I needed an 8 wire thermostat line, so I did get that installed beforehand but then they ended up not using it. That was a little annoying, I went through the trouble of installing something they told me was needed, then they didn’t use it. Fast forward to the first season change when I moved the thermostat selector from Cool to Heat, and problems started popping up. Through the next year and a half, almost every

Awesome folks! I called on the 18th to arrange for someone to come out and have a look at our AC which was not working. Kim, the gal on the phone was super-friendly and accommodating, and set me up for 3 days out, which was perfect for us. Todd was out tech and although he got held up at the previous job a couple hours, he showed up, did quick, efficient work and my AC was back on and the job was done in under an hour. Friendly and helpful across the board. I highly recommend these folks if you need AC or Heat repair. I will use them again in the future 100%!

Andrew and Scott came out today and installed our central air unit and they were great. They came in, got to work and before I knew it they were done. So very kind and cleaned up after themselves so well I couldn’t even tell they had ever made a mess. Zac has a great crew and would highly recommend Top Notch to anyone needing service!

After our heat went out over the weekend, we called first thing Monday morning and they were able to get us on their schedule very quickly and have our furnace running like a top after a cleaning and proper venting.
Todd was very clear with what he was doing and what would be required and followed up several times.

This place is awesome. My furnace was Red tagged at 8:30 am. I called Top Notch & by 4:30 I got a call saying the new furnace was installed & running. I am forever grateful for their response especially on such a cold day! I can't express how awesome everyone was!
