We offer a Service Agreement plan for customers who want to pay to have their A/C & heaters serviced each spring and fall. Our service agreement includes Spring maintenance on your air conditioner and Fall maintenance on your furnace and discounts.
Here at S&J Heating and Air Conditioning we offer Goodman and American Standard heating and air conditioning equipment but we are happy to work on all brands of air conditioners and furnaces to keep your home or business comfortable year round. We are not open on weekends but we do have someone on call each weekend and holiday to take care of emergency calls.

Using S&J Heating and Air Conditioning's Service Agreement takes all the worry out of maintaining your home's heat and air system. Our maintenance agreement provides a service on their AC in the Spring and a service on their furnace in the Fall and allows the customer a discount on parts. The agreement provides:.

Company logo says it all! Another contractor mis-diagnosed the condensing unit. They wanted to replace the condenser and coil. Kyle with S&J saved the day. He found the crankcase heater shorting out to be the problem. Once that was repaired he cleaned the coil and trimmed the charge. The 34-year old Trane is purring like a kitten! Call S&J to get a fair and honest repair. Very hard to find these days!!! Thanks again!

Called in with an issue and I was out of town. My AC was down and it was one of the hottest days of the year. They where there that afternoon and had me up and running within hours of the call. Great hvac co. The new management has really made some positive changes.

We had our a/c quit. (One of 2 units) Called S&J. She told me that the tech were booked solid fir that day. We scheduled a appointment for later. The day if the appointment, Curtis called me. He was running a little ahead of schedule and asked if we were available. OF COURSE WE WERE ! ! He found the problem, gave us the estimate of repairs. He was quick, thorough, and very efficient. We really appreciate the continued great service we have received from S&J over the years ! Thanks for the friendly personal attitude.

They really treat you like family. Any time I've ever had an issue, they've never hesitated to take my call.
