Jinwoo Jang Architect

Jinwoo Jang is a registered architect with more than twenty-five years of experience practicing the highest levels of craft and quality throughout the difficult design and construction process. Jang has worked on a variety of project types, from academic and hospitality buildings to corporate high-rises and multiple dwellings.

He started his apprenticeship at an renowned boutique residential firm which specialized in "Shingle Style" fine-residences in Long Island, NY. Jang values this and other experiences in fine-residential architecture as the foundation of his ability as an architect both in terms of understanding the spatial needs of human activities and functional as well as aesthetic needs of built environment.

Often, his design objective is to create a sense of space and memorable urban artifacts that function as a natural but intuitive components of a larger urban fabric. For this end, he does not bring about a single design signature on a project, but he shapes the project with research-based and pragmatic approaches.
