I hired the Tree Doctors to remove a large tree out of my front yard back in January. The work performed was fine and pricing was fair, but my interactions with Chance left something to be desired. He is not an honest person. He strikes me as the type of guy who makes a lot of promises he can't keep. There are plenty of good tree trimmers in town who also operate with integrity. Based on my experience, I would suggest hiring one of them instead.

These guys were great. They were quick to respond, reasonably priced, and worked us in even they were stacked up with so many jobs. They removed 2 trees, and it was fascinating to watch their skill & precision, and the clean up was impeccable. Thanks Tree Doctor for doing such a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

This company responded quickly to my request for tree cutting estimate with no additional charge for viewing. They came the next day to view the trees that needed to be cut. We a a Tree Fall down near our property. I contacted several companies and came across Tree Doctors. Chance the owner was honest and showed up when we needed the tree removed. These guys do great work, however they are sketchy. My wife called them for a quote so someone went to or house with our permission and called my wife to give her an estimate. She told them that she had to get ahold of me and the property owners to talk to them about removing a tree and get my card information to pay for it and then she would get back to them. I was at work for 12 hours and called my wife while driving home. She told me how they quoted us for the work and that he said he would come by the next day to work on the trees that were the issue. Her interaction with this company was 100

I can't say thank you enough to Chance and his crew for all his help & for doing such a GREAT JOB!!! This was my first experience having several tree's fall during a storm. To make matters worse one knocked down my main power line! Our neighbor had referred Tree Doctor's to me so I had gave them a call. Chance worked me into his schedule and they arrived at our home promptly! They worked continuously to remove the tree's so we was able to get back into our home. I have to second Trish's comments. Chance overcharged me for taking a tree down and I allowed that so shame on me. I had just gotten a bonus and was stupid. : ) I had hoped by paying so much he would do what he promised. No such luck. He has lied to me since last November and continues to do so. In addition I allowed him a few perks. Anyway, shame on me but do not fall for this guy.
