My vehicle is badly damaged because of this company’s construction and it’s completely impossible to get ahold of them. They operate with no integrity. I don’t normally write reviews but I highly recommend not conducting business with this company.

Worst driver I have seen works for this company. He was on his phone, swerving, almost rear ended someone and swerved and I almost rear ended the car in front. They seriously need to watch what their drivers are doing because this is unacceptable. If they let their drivers get away with this imagine how their construction is. My passenger took the photo and saw the whole thing. You guys seriously need to think about who is driving and what they do. Install cameras on the truck and address these types of situations before someone gets hurt. He was mid 30's, short hair, white, appeared to be 5'11

HEI Civil has to be the leading experts in their field. (Specifically) on 5/10/19 off Lowell and 144 there was a traffic accident involving two cars. (Rubber Necking) PEOPLE WERE INJURED!
HOWEVER.... Traffic Control Supervisor Jonathon quickly and professionally responded and diverted further injuries from leaking liquids and getting professional emergency help on the scene. He had his Flaggers from Labormax from Westminster co (Brian & Sam) stop traffic, move the vehicles and divert traffic in a very professional was until the police dept could arrive.
