Landmark Flooring has been family owned and operated since 1991 when Nick Cinquepalmi started the business as a carpet cleaning operation. Over the years and hundreds of customers later, Nick realized he could expand his cleaning-based business in Orland Park, Illinois to provide his current customers with multiple types of flooring needs such as carpet and hardwood products.

I've been using landmark for years, they've always gave me a superior product at an exceptional price, I had landmark do another project for me recently. This one there was a couple issues. But once I contacted the owner Nick Cinquepalmi explaining my issues.
Nick Cinquepalmi had a guy out there the very next day addressing them. Within a few days they addressed all my concerns. This is what I'm looking out of a company if they're ever is an issue that they're going to stand behind their installation and their product. Which they did 100% I wouldn't hesitate recommending landmark flooring to friends

I got a quote for carpet and wanted to compare apples to apples. Initially, I was very impressed with the promptness and follow up I got. I then noticed that my quote from a big box carpet company included a lot more square footage than Landmark did in the quote.
So I went to big box to see why. They showed me a software package that accounts for cutting the carpet and economically minimizing waste. The carpet I chose had a pattern in it, so there would be more waste than average on matching the pattern, which makes sense. Landmark's quote was for 20 plus yards LESS carpeting than would be needed

We recently had our old laminate flooring and carpet removed and replace with vinyl plank flooring. Our home looks amazing and we highly recommend Nick and Landmark Flooring. We received a great product at an affordable price, but all this means nothing if the install isn't right, and Landmark Flooring makes sure the install is perfect. The installer, Ray, was amazing. He is a skilled professional, efficient and one of the most courteous an good people you ever want to meet, it was a pleasure to have him in our home. Great job, great price and great people. I don't make recommendations easily, mainly because I expect to be pleased with my purchase and the overall experience. But I know home remodeling is different. We all struggle with our confidence in making the right choice, in getting a fair price, in choosing the right people to do business with, in knowing quality from low-quality. I believe I got everything I wanted in each of these areas from the team at Landmark Flooring.

Landmark Flooring is a life saver. Alicia and Nick were awesome to work with on my carpet needs. There is no shady deals where they tell you one price and then that didnt include padding or installation or some other bs that makes the price double in the end.
I told them what I was looking for and my budget and they were spot on with what I needed. Then I hit them with a quick installation date that was totally my fault and Alicia killed it. I have always recommended Landmark and will continue to. Thanks Guys.

I get it. 5 stars, really? Yes, without hesitation. Had Coretec installed a couple days ago and it looks better than expected. The Landmark staff from sales to office to installers was top notch. Materials delivered the day before installation made install day go fast. No BS, flooring was being installed 5 minutes after they arrived. What was thought to be a 2 day install was done in 6 hours and looks great. Booking another job soon. Thanks Landmark!

I went in to landmark to get an estimate on 1200sq ft of carpet. Gave my name, address, phone number to the employee working. I noticed they did tile work so I asked to get a quote on a bathroom project. I was told I would hear from an installer who would stop by, measure and we would go from there. Never heard anything back for a week. I called and they didn't have any of my info. Wasted my time. The second star was because after I complained the owner contacted me trying to earn my business. But after that I wasn't interested.

The absolute worst carpet experience I have ever had!!!!!
Stay away!
Carpet was not professionally measured or installed.
Took 4 weeks to finish the job on a small home with basic room sizes. (no special cuts).
He did nothing to compensate me after total inconvenience.
BIG RED FLAGS!!!!!!!!

We recently had a water leak that left our dining room floor buckled and jutting up nearly six inches from the sub-floor. Based on two previous five-star experiences with Landmark Flooring, one for tile on a sun porch and another for bedroom carpet, we called them to assess the damage and restore the floor. After searching for a particular style of laminate flooring for a few months, I finally found what I was looking for at Landmark. Landmark Flooring had an extensive variety of flooring to choose from and it was decently priced. Brenda assisted me in selecting the best flooring for my needs. Brenda answered my questions promptly and was in constant communication with me as I tried to select flooring. I was recently referred to Landmark by my realtor and couldn't be happier. Although I had a smaller project, they treated me just as important.
I was able to meet with the owner, Nick, and he was very straight forward and easy to work with. There was some custom work needed for our stairs and it turned out great. They were able to complete the project just in time before the holidays for us to enjoy our new home.
