Turned on the heat for the first time. All seemed fine but a few days later we noticed that sometimes it worked and sometimes not. Called Sunrise and they sent someone out within about an hour. They quickly ID'd the problem but didn't have the part. They created a work-around so we would have heat, and ordered the part to be installed. They even touched base during the couple of weeks it took to make sure everything was OK and advise that the part would be in soon. When the part arrived they came back, installed it quickly and we were done. Very professional, very mindful of our home and our needs

Using Sunrise Cooling & Heating was an absolute joy! They called me back in 5 minutes, the service rep was 15 minutes early to arrive...and he fixed my commercial refrigerator and I'm absolutely thrilled! This is how service should always be! The best! And if I ever need service on A/C or refrigerators, etc. I will not hesitate to call Sunrise! Thank you everyone at Sunrise for your excellent service!

A wonderful group of professionals. I came home the other evening to find that both my AC condensing units were not cooling. I immediately called Sunrise and they had someone out within 2 hours, that evening and he worked to get it right so we didn't have to go sleep somewhere else since it was in the 90s that day. Quality work, fair prices and honesty are what I would use to describe this business. I've been using them for many years for commercial properties as well as my home and I would recommend them over and over again.

We started using Sunrise about 1.5 years ago and their honesty & incredible customer service kept bringing us back to them. We were experiencing some issues with the AC unit not cooling properly at the end of last season. Brian & Jon said they would check for leaks when I called for maintenance for the following summer. Well...the issue persisted when I turned the unit on for the 1st time, and fortunately, Brian was scheduled to come out for a service call. He totally diagnosed the leak, we had to have a coil replacement installed. Brian was so wonderful at explaining exactly what he was doing

I wish I could give them 6 stars! Wonderful company! Responded to my request to fix my AC within hours. The technician, Peter, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the problem thoroughly and had it fixed within a couple of hours. He looked at the entire unit and fixed a couple of other things that other companies probably would have charged extra for. I would definitely recommend Peter and Sunrise without hesitation!

I had a problem with my upstairs AC unit. i had another company come out and all they said was to replace the entire unit due to its age. It wasn't that old. I then contacted Sunrise for a second opinion. They came out right away with out charging me first, which the other company did. With in minuets they had a general diagnosis that the system was indeed in decent condition and only needed a quick part change. with a good cleaning and the correct parts fixed i was back up and running fine. They were very professional and transparent on all costs before doing any work. they were not pushy at all
