It is all about the customer service. The people here from the salesman, finance manager, and general manager are fantastic. They make you feel like they really care about you.

Wonderful and timely service. Very professional and courteous. Just an oil change and tire rotation. THEN, ten miles down road my check tire pressure light comes on. Doesn’t tire rotation usually come with checked air pressure. I had 25 psi in tire. A little low guys. Wake up I know it was 8 in the morning.

Zach was amazing, and everyone we talked to in the dealership from the front desk, the internet team, all the way back to the service department were extremely welcoming and friendly. They even let my 4 year old son hit the gong which he loved and is still talking about. Overall an amazing experience and I would recommend this dealership and Zachary Herman to anyone looking at getting a new Nissan.

Went in for vehicle service today. Was greeted by Sean in the service dept. This guy is an ACE!!
Such a gentleman, and very nice. He went out of his way to take care of an issue, not with my car or about my car, but something that I had forgot in my car once the car was ready to be taken on back to the service area.
I was inside waiting and just happen to remember that I had forgot my husband's gun in my car🤫. (A gun that I bought from my dad for him-would kill me if anything ever happened to the gun)
I went back out to the service receiving area where Sean was and asked if he could do me

Our sales guy Terry was very honest, helpful and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. The finance guy was equally as helpful and sold us an amazing warranty plan. Although I bought my other Nissan elsewhere, I will also be servicing that vehicle along with my new vehicle at this dealership. Great experience overall, even though I don’t care for sales people 🤣… this place offered us and our little ones a outstanding experience.

Purchased 2 cars in one day...Our salesman Jonathan came in on his day off to help us. He is AWESOME! Got to spend some time speaking with the owner and he's an amazing man.
