At Paintworx we use our own vetted team members for painting to allow us to control the quality of the work and customer services we offer and to continue building on our success and improving as a team each year. We maintain a short list of proven subcontractors for services that fall outside of our preferred scope of work and we are happy to coordinate with them when necessary.
All that we can with the information currently available. Although each project will present its own unique challenges to working safely, the key points are that we are frequently taking touch-free temperatures, keeping our faces covered at all times, providing our own restrooms and handwashing stations on all exterior projects, and maintaining a safe distance from each other and our clients.

We've used Paintworx for over a half dozen jobs, both big and small, and have always been incredibly happy with their work. Very happy with the overall quality of work. Josh was always prompt in his communication to get an estimate and all information I needed. He offered good recommendations for uncovered leak issue that was outside the scope of the paint job. The crew: Ivan, Isaiah and Isaiah did a fantastic job in the paint. They addressed all my requests and concerns. paid attention to details.

Paintworx did an excellent job painting several interior rooms for us in two separate jobs. The result was excellent--clean, precise, even--and it gives us joy every day. The crew was punctual, polite, and professional, and cleaned up every day and thoroughly after each job was done. I did find that they made mistakes regarding which surfaces to paint, which color, and small things like whether to remove bathroom towel/TP holders (I expected them to be removed but they wouldn't have been had I not checked) and how to paint double hung windows so as not to impede the window movement (don&apos

Paintworx just finished painting our house today and the results are amazing. We couldn't be happier with the work that Josh and his team did for us. Carlos did the power washing and did a very thorough job and did a little extra work for us with no problem. The priming and painting crew were Reyes, Pablo, and Edwin, with Reyes being the lead of the team. Their work was phenomenal; they spent days in the prep phase- scraping, priming, caulking, etc. All of the prep resulted in a very nice finish-the team did a truly excellent job. I was very surprised with the thoroughness and precise quality. I'm a 30 year retired painter and have seen many, many paint jobs in Seattle. Most of them pretty mediocre. Probably did about 100 here myself in the past. I'm not sure what all I can say about these guys. Professional, punctual, friendly, tight lines, no light spots, on and on. They are definitely in the top 5 paint companies in Seattle, and I know most all of them. Never heard of Paintworx until they just painted our condos and courtyard. Tough, big job and they did great. Kept there number for myself!

We are so happy with the work that Paintworx did for our school. We had a tough to work around school schedule, and the staff at Paintworx were so accommodating and helpful. They also connected us with a color specialist who did an amazing job helping us with a color mix that looked great! The whole process was so easy. We had Sam over in August for an estimate and we interviewed 3 additional companies. Sam was responsive and always was in communication with me during the sales process. It took me some time to pull the trigger because painting isn't cheap and neither is good work of course. Paintworx prices were right in the middle of the others. They weren't the lowest but certainly not the most expensive.
Once we agreed, Stephanie in the office sent clean and clear invoices letting us know what to pay and when.
Once it was near start time, Josh the owner was in communication

Very good experience working with Joshua, Sam, and the crew. Just finished up painting the exterior of our house. They did a great job start to finish. Very professional, and great communicators throughout. We couldn't start right away after we received the quote, but they got us on the calendar for later in the summer. They hit the target dates. We did get caught up by a few days of rain, but Joshua was quick to let me know about it and kept in touch during the rain delay. We have used Paintworx several times now for interior painting. While they have always been professional and done great work (why we hire them back) Francisco and Robert just repainted our kitchen, family area, and main bedroom. They did such a good job especially in edging. Coverage is even, no drips, paint just looks awesome. Would recommend Paintworx for your painting needs!

Possibly the best contractor we've ever hired, Josh did a fantastic job replacing our baseboards. His communications were prompt, scheduling and payment was easy, and he was extremely considerate while doing the actual install, taking time to tape off a stairway, cover picture frames, and close doors to prevent sawdust from wafting through the house. He did great work and used his time very efficiently (no long lunches or late start times). I highly recommend Josh and Paintworx for any painting or baseboard replacement, you won't be disappointed!

I hired this company to repair drywall in our basement that became damaged due to water; insulation, drywall, baseboard needed to be replaced, then the room painted to a darker color and then baseboard trim sprayed white.
Their estimate was ~$2k higher than others I've received, but I felt comfortable hiring them based on the reviews I found.

--Sloppy dry wall work--cut outs for electrical outlets were too big, requiring patching up (which I did myself); they tried to spot fix the mistake with caulk

I can't say enough how happy we are with Josh and Paintworx. We've used them twice - once for an exterior paint job and an interior paint job. In both cases the crew was fast and efficient and the jobs turned out great.
But what made Josh better than most was how he handled issues. When we did the exterior passive job we ran into an issue with the color after the house was more than half painted. We used Paintworx to paint the entire upstairs of our home. I called about 10 different companies to come give us quotes and only ended up with 3 people actually showing up. Josh was the most professional by far. He returned my call the same day, scheduled his appointment for a quote for the following day and gave me his price before leaving my home.
