This is my first time having a major renovation done. I have heard horror stories about contractors and projects going terribly wrong but thankfully I chose the right contractor to take on my project. We spoke to 6 different contractors before choosing IDB, they were the only ones that included everything that we wanted done that fit our budget. Hired Isaac for a loft remodel and it turned out great! He's trustworthy and reliable. I thought his prices were reasonable and workmanship was very good. His main worker Joel was courteous, efficient and I especially appreciated his attention to detail. There were some delays because of the pandemic but we worked things out. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for future projects.

My wife and I remodeled our new home starting in January of 2020. We were due in March and we had a serious deadline to move into our newly remodeled home. I met with six different contractors and companies from big corporate outfits to small mom and pop shops. We chose IDB because there was something about Isaac that we trusted. One of my friends was going to open a beauty salon in Beverly Hills. So before signing a lease agreement they want to know how much would it cost to do interior remodeling. I used IDB for a first time full bathroom remodel. After talking to a few different companies, Isaac was willing to meet in person and give me a quote free of charge. He was very personable and accommodating. Isaac offered me a very reasonable price and helped me work out the details throughout the entire process. He was flexible with my schedule, my decision making and always did his best to ensure I was happy with the results. The bathroom remodel looks great and is much nicer than before. We had to have an exterior deck rebuilt from scratch to meet city standards for rental properties. This was an exacting procedure and we found Isaac and team a dream to work with. They took care of every nit-picking detail. We recently decided to do an extensive remodel of our home, an exciting proposition, but also one that brought a lot of stress. Deciding on and hiring a contractor is a huge and difficult decision, especially during a time when there are at least a few residential construction projects going on on every single block of our neighborhood, and they can easily afford to turn down work.

Although most of the reviews for IBD have been positive, I don't feel that way at all. I had contacted them to arrange for a time to get an estimate on work I wanted done. The only times we could meet, required me to make plans to leave my office early (I had to find someone to cover for me). I got home in time for our 4:00 appointment and waited for them. After an hour, nobody showed up and their office was closed. I didn't even receive a message or a phone call explaining what had happened. After all I had went through to be home on time, I was very disappointed in their disrespect

I would like to share my photos and write a recommendation for IDB and their entire crew as they went above and beyond from start to finish...they answered and addressed every issue and solved many problems that everyone else ignored...the workmanship and blends of colors they put together with the house existing design was carefully selected and matched perfectly, not to mention their prices were distinctoy lower then everyone else...very clean job site and cleanup with extreme care for dust and debris...now my entire family is very happy and excited about the new bathrooms and we will definitely

What a difference! Our new bathroom looks fantastic and the work was completed in no time, which was important for us since we only have one full bath in our home. I am really happy with the service Ultimate Installation Services gave. They were patient with my thousands of questions. With these types of services, you never know what you're gonna get- I couldn't be happier with their service. They were knowledgeable, and experienced. They knew what they were doing and I didn't have to feel like I needed to be on top of them about everything. They came when they were supposed to. Great customer service and would highly recommend them!

I needed my TV hung on the wall and I have no clue how to do that. I'm female. We don't do stuff like that. So yelp to he rescue! This is why I love yelp so much.
I called Ultimate Services first after reading the reviews. The lady who answered,( I think her name was Debbi) was super nice, professional and arranged an appointment for the next morning. The next morning Ben gave me a call about 15 minutes prior to arriving and was on time. He literally was in and out in less than 15 minutes!! I couldn't believe it! I would totally recommend them. It can't get any easier.
