I wish I could give them 0 stars. I wouldn't wish this company or Gincho on my worst enemy. If you want to use this company, I highly suggest you become an expert in building and maintaining pools first. They have no idea what they are doing, they are totally unprofessional and irresponsible. They promise the world and NEVER HAVE ONCE done anything on time. It took them 11 months to build the pool and they estimated 3-4 months. They said it would be ready by the time it was summer (the ONLY reason I went with them) and it wasn't ready until end of summer (mid-August). We started discussing

Update to review, we received a call back and was able to schedule a consultation. While we went with another company on our project, Gincho was pleasant. Helpful with sharing tips as well. He also explained the reason for the initial delay in responding. This company cares deeply about their reputation which says a lot in this industry. Worth reaching out to for your pool needs.

I wish I could give more stars!!! We returned home from a short trip to our pump switch in the "on" position but no motor movement. I assumed that while we were gone, our teenagers had left the filter on and burned it out. After calling Viva, the service person was here within the hour. Then, he discovered that the pump had just been turned off at the breaker instead of the main switch (so, still the teenagers, lol) and fixed it immediately. I offered to pay, but he politely declined and best of all, didn't laugh at my oversight or make me feel dumb for calling over something so

Once again Gincho and his team provided professional and quality service. They installed a chlorinator and a heat pump for us this season. Gincho provides very fair pricing with top notch service. Even though Viva Pools deals mainly with commercial pools, Gincho goes above and beyond for his residential customers. He is honest, sticks to his word and is always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Viva Pools and look forward to working with them again in the future.
