They were the lowest bid by from $1,500 to $3,550, they came gave the samite agreed they were there the day I ask for came did the work. Then there were a couple of small item that the building inspector said had to be done just little bit better. They came and look two hour after I call them, they came the next day, I would recommend to anyone and banged it out with no extra cost.

Hired Royal 1 to repair a couple of gutter issues and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, level of service, and value. Quote was quick and very reasonable and they were able to complete the work in a very short window of time. They walked me through every step of the process and were transparent throughout. Called to schedule a quote for sidewalk. Made an appt for the next day with a 30min window. No one showed so I called back...they asked if I could still do that evening..again with a 30min window. I agreed with condition thay they CALL BACK if they can not make it. No show. No call.
UPDATE:
I received a call much later that evening and a rep did show on time the next morning for a quote.

Critical: Professionalism
EXTREMELY rude workers. My neighbor used them and they leaned things against MY fence without permission and the guy gave me an attitude when I said something. They also got nails and junk all over my property I had to clean up as the 1 guy stood there. I'd never use these people. They never even apologized. Rude...rude...rude.

Costed 8500. Nothing but more expenses after the job. They quoted this for a fix of pooling in one area and coating. I specifically asked for silicone coating, they did acrylic. And surprising thing is they don't even know what is silicone coating it seems. And they said they have been in business for a long time. I came to know about silicone coating because the solar power company said I need silicone coating before I can put solar panels. I had no water leaks before this company did the job. And then after they did the patch and coating. The leak started. They don't even investigate that they

ROOF REPAIR I had an appointment with this company for repairs/ possible roof replacement. The appointment was for 3:30 pm so 2 family members could be present for the estimate: the tech showed up an hour early and left no card/ written information. I contacted the company at 3:25pm and asked the rep what time the appointment was and what time her clock currently read.. she hung up on me. I will NOT be utilizing this company!!!! Bad business! Perhaps of the tech was running early they could have reached out to me, the contact person and I could have made other arrangements.

Royal 1 built a deck for us...it took 8 months to complete and the problem still exists. I have a white sap coming up through five pieces of wood.They had no idea what it was/is, what causes it and it continues to come through destroying the look of the deck. The staining was less than adequate and I will need to put another coat on myself. People were friendly and that is why they received a 2. The service was good until problems began to develop. I would not reccomend them for decks. Also, do not have much faith in Home Advisor based on my two experiences with them.

Total rip off. Had a gentleman come over and give me a quote for my gutters. Wrote me a quote for $1,100. Maybe it was because I was a woman and not knowledge about gutters. Well, my father was in town, got a quote from a plus roofing for $450. All the same things... even more. Don’t trust this company! Hire A Plus Roofing. Only giving a star because it’s needed .....to let the people know what a rip off this company is.
