We utilized MI Pure Paint on a large exterior paint project. Mike was impressive during the bidding process, he really sold us on his company. Fast forward to the start of the job, the lack of staffing was disappointing, a few mistakes were made, and several areas needed to be touched up at our request. Our start date was also pushed back a month from the original time promised. Even with all that, we offered them the opportunity to quote some additional work for us but after reaching out 3-4 times without any response I guess they aren't interested.

Mike and his team are amazing. They are responsive, on-time and thorough. We have an old brick house and they made it look brand new. They use the highest quality paint and supplies, make good recommendations and are experts in the industry.
What most impressed me was their attention to detail. Outside of the house being beautifully painted, you would never even know they were there. There were no messes or loud noise. They are professional and I highly recommend them.
Lastly, Mike went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied by providing paint samples, recommendations and over communicating

DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE! Not professional at. Asked to set up a date and Mike Ford (owner) gave me the whole month of September. The month is almost over and still has not returned my calls nor messages. Completely unprofessional. We picked him because we support local businesses. What a mistake. Still be response till this day. Now it won’t go to voicemail because the call sounds like they pick up and then hang up. Do not hire this company!

Reasonable price on a whole-house painting job. Got it done in just a few days. Mike and Travis were very responsive and professional. Mike helped with color and sheen recommendations and they repaired interior and exterior damage along the way. Paint turned out great and they left some behind for touch ups. I would definitely use them again.
