Do not buy from this dealer. They sold me a 12 month £18k car on a lease agreement which turns out has a 2nd hand breakers yard integral part within in it. They never told me that, and this part is now causing me a huge expensive problem so the car is off the road. Salesman, Karl, also told me that if I did less mileage than went on the agreement it would be taken into account at the end of the lease. This is completely untrue according to the finance company. So on two counts I feel very mis-sold to and am looking into my legal options. If I could put zero stars I would.

First rate service. As a little background, I'm based in Ruislip, and have had course previously to use the Mitsubishi service departments in Edgeware and near Heathrow, where I have always had a negative experience for various reasons.
On this occasion, it made sense to use Palmers in Hemel for a recent service I needed as I was working nearby. They have been exemplary, and I couldn't be happier.

I was specifically looking for a SsangYong Tivoli. Vlad Oaneca was really helpful.
I rang prior to our meeting to discuss what was available. Vlad gave me a number of options regarding vehicles that were available.
There was no hard sell. I had plenty of time to look around and test drive the Tivoli I had decided upon.
I'm very impressed with the service I received and would certainly be in touch with Vlad again.

We were looking for a certain car for quite a few months on the private market and was quite astonished with the high cost and poor quality which meant a lot of wasted time. Which was being advertised as £20,000.The salesman, Vlad, tried to convinced to buy the MG ZS which has more push and the latest feathers. When he told me the price £32,000. I felt doubt and showed my concern about the price. Vlad said this price real price and I cant find the same car cheaper then £32,000 and he asked me to put the deposit, I asked him what would happen if I changed my mind, and he said that if I change my mind before the registration they'll find a cheaper price and refund the

We have been looking to buy a larger car recently and visited many car dealerships. I was recommended Palmers in Hemel so we popped over and wow what a different experience we received! I have used Palmers Peugeot twice and both times they have gone above and beyond.
The first time I used them was to order a set of seat covers specific for my car. It may sound strange, but this is not an easy thing to do and something I had failed to do at another dealership. At Palmers, the gentleman in the parts department was extremely helpful and reasonable and sorted me out straight away. I had the new seat covers within a week. No problems.
The second time I used them was for a factor recall. Given my good experience with them in the past, I had asked to have them pick up my car and perform
