Kitchen Design by Laura did such a wonderful job on my remodel. My husband and I purchased a condo in the Sarasota area and it needed a complete update. Laura helped me pick out everything from the flooring, bathroom tile, cabinetry and lighting fixtures. We had some design flaws and Laura completely saw solutions.

We called this company for an estimate on our kitchen remodel and were not impressed.
- Firstly, the company wanted to install their vision, not ours. We clearly stated we wanted a more open layout, but were only told to add a wall which is the opposite of an open layout. I guess the company wanted pictures for their portfolio over what the customer, who is paying the contractor, actually wants.
- Secondly, the company wanted to charge $100k for our kitchen remodel. Clearly they did not want to do the remodel by quoting a price that was above a reasonable value. Why not just say you didn't want

Laura and contractor Jim Feid were great to work with. Laura's design brought our dated and tired 1990's kitchen to a beautiful, functional space for our busy family with traditional and transitional touches. We entertain quite a bit and I cook almost every night so our kitchen had to be highly functional, organized but beautiful all at the same time, and Laura helped us achieve that! Laura also assisted us with flooring options (the flooring is constant throughout the entire downstairs). Very happy with our kitchen space!

We knew in the first five or ten minutes that we wanted Laura Wallace to do our kitchen. She brings an energy and enthusiasm to the design and work that the other people we interviewed simply didn’t have. She’s professional and confident. Our kitchen turned out beautiful.

At our first meeting with Kitchen Design by Laura – we knew she was the one for us. We had told our wants to others but the plans that they came with were theirs not ours! No one listened to what we were saying. When Laura Wallace came in, she took the time to understand our needs – she asked us questions about our likes and dislikes, looked around our condo and wanted to know what current furniture we would keep, what we would potentially get, what our style was, etc. Then we told her what we wanted and why – for example – wall oven and soaker tub (I have a bad back).
