Does not stand behind their work, Buyer beware!
We contracted with them to replace some outdoor carpeting on our deck. When old carpet was removed, my husband asked about the condition of the sub-floor. The carpet layer said it was ok. First rainstorm, there was a leak. My husband went to the store to tell them about the problem. He was greeted with rudeness, and not-our-problem attitude. Would not consider coming to look.
We had a building contractor come to assess the problem. He showed us where, at the edge, the sub-floor was not good and should have been replaced before the new carpeting

Bad communication, wasn't told when the job would be finished, nor did they call to say the job was finished and that I could pay for the rest of the job. When they deposited the check they took $1,000 more than was written on the check. They also just put the extra flooring under my bed without telling me. I never heard back from them when I made them aware of the deposit snafu.
