Tranquility Builders are a great team to work with. Bev is fantastic with estimates as well as proper guidance all along the project. We initially met with Ryan twice. We had talked about a followup meeting to make the finances work. It was our fault that we didnt get back to him within 7 days about an available slot because of thanksgiving. Then he was continously non responsive on texts but eventually suggested a time that worked. It felt like he purposely wanted to get rid of us because we questioned the cost. If it was about cost id rather him say we cant come to terms. Otherwise this is just poor project management... which is his job

The Tranquility Builders team remodeled our entire master bedroom, bathroom, upstairs hallway and stairs. Having a team that supports you from design to build to final inspections was incredibly worth it. During the upfront process, Bev and Ryan were unbelievably helpful, listened to our needs and had great ideas. They were very clear about the process and supportive about the decisions you made. Miranda and Abbi were with us each step of the way picking out products - and had great design ideas. Covid made us realize we needed to make some changes at our home. Our initial plan was to do a large addition, however, when Ryan from Tranquility came out to meet with us he helped us realize the space we needed already existed! The design Abby and the Tranquility team came up with was great and their estimate was presented very professionally. They were not the cheapest estimate, but their attention to detail far surpassed the other estimates. The cheapest also didnt respond after their initial estimate. The work was done thoroughly, communication was great via daily texting/calling from Elliot

Tranquility was great to work with! We had a bathroom that we wanted to expand and several other builders weren't able to look outside the box and find a solution. Working with Ryan on the design and Elliot on the execution, we were able to increase the size of our bathroom, add a skylight and turn it into a spa like experience for our kids and guests. Now we just have to do the same to our master bath!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tranquility on our kitchen renovation. From the first time we met Bev, we felt at ease. At our initial meeting, she looked around, took measurements, and went through what we would like for our space. She pointed out a pipe which might be an issue right away, and we appreciated knowing about this from the get go. Meeting with Ryan and Abbi to design the space was so much fun. It was great to see the 3D renderings. I had my heart set on one long island, but Bev and Ryan came and taped out the space to show me how two islands would be better aesthetically

Jim came out to our house for a consult on a Saturday in June. He spent 2.5 hours here taking measurements, pictures, and talking. He said someone would be in touch "On Monday or Tuesday to confirm everything we talked about". After not hearing back, I sent an email to Ryan both as a gentle nudge to remind them to contact us and also to let them know the scope of the project changed. It's now the middle of August and we never heard a word back from either Jim or Ryan. Huge bummer, we really liked Jim and his ideas. Oh well.

The Tranquility experience was 5 stars all the way! Bev and Jim were great to work with for the overall planning of our master bath remodel, and along with Elliot, Ryan, Sean and their contractors the job came out great. VERY clean (a major remodel is never "clean", but they did an excellent job of minimizing the dust and disruptions),
They also were quite responsive to our questions, requests and concerns and replied in a timely manner.
We honestly feel like we are "on vacation" every time we use our new bath!
