David W. Eagan, Sr. and his wife, Janet, founded West Boylston Plumbing and Heating, Inc. (d/b/a David W. Eagan Plumbing) in 1973, out of their home. As the business grew, they decided to move the office to 26 West Boylston Street, where the business is still located today. Adding Eagan Core Drilling in 1987, the company has been servicing West Boylston and surrounding towns for over 39 years.
Continuing in the tradition of friendly family ownership and operation, David Sr. groomed his son David Jr. to be a Master Plumber. Today, David Jr. runs the business following in his father's footsteps, preserving a high standard of quality service and reliability. David W. Eagan Plumbing does not simply install plumbing fixtures and pipes; we install safety, comfort, and peace of mind.

This company has the worst customer service I have seen to date. We called the company for over 3 weeks to get someone to come see the job. Every time you call you get an sneering service that promises to pass over the message.but it appears it takes weeks for that to be answered.
We finally get a plumber to come over and wh says onec he hears from our plumbing inspector he will give us a quote and get to work.
We patiently wait for a week because it was the holiday season and then come Monday we call him and he says he will have to pass on the job becaue clearly we don't know what we are getting
