What a great company! Brooke in the office was wonderful to work with getting my appointments set up. I purchased their annual maintenance plan for my HVAC and also had them clean my dryer vent. My technician, Bernardo, did a fantastic and thorough job. He had some good recommendations for me to help keep my systems running strong for a long time.

I had told them to call when they got to the Address, so that I could let them in through the Garage. When the Technician arrived, he did not call, he walked all the way around the Condos & Knocked on the Front Door Disturbing my Dogs. When he was done he stated that he needed a part, so he would have to reschedule the next service call. I told him I had to go & meet my wife, so I left when he left. I get across Town & get a call from the Technician that I am supposed to pay him, $84, for the call even though he wasn't done & Nothing was fixed, so I had cash, I had to give him my Credit Card Info

Weiss installed a new a/c unit in July. We chose them because of their reputation in the area and we very pleased with the job. We had to call for service today and Greg did an awesome job listening to my description of the issue. He immediately knew the problem, confirmed the issue, told me the failed part was under warranty and had everything working again in a short time. Courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. Weiss has lived up to their name. Definitely recommend.

My A/C was not working today. Called Weiss about noon. They had a tech out that afternoon and figured out my evaporator coil had a hole in it. Nick called to inform me that they had one in stock. They came out tonight , installed it, and checked to ensure my A/C was working properly. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

There is a reason this company has a 5 star rating! I'm speechless! I received the estimate and within 24 hours the old system is out and the new system is in! Their unbelievable! The staff are polite and very professional and let me tell y'all I'm a customer for life! I'm in shock and have a loss for words. Within 24 hours this company has made my nightmare go away. They have the best prices,the best staff and the owner Nick is unbelievable!!!
