Had the pleasure of being referred to Ian at GCO Carpet Cleaners by a friend and I'm grateful. I will use his services in the future in all my rentals and offices. He was punctual, thorough, affordable and honest about 'expectations' - there was a slight upcharge for the dog urine and mileage, as we live 35mins out of town, however he was very fair and I understood the value. During COVID times, I feel very fortunate to have him in my corner in the event I need any carpet, upholstery or rug cleanings!!
