We are very pleased with our new bathroom. All of the work was done very professionally and on schedule. The materials are first-rate, and all of the people who came into the condo were very respectful and mindful of Covid protocols. We are especially appreciative of the general contractor's hands-on work as well his efforts in coordinating all of the "moving parts." It was a pleasure working with him.

Recently, we had a kitchen and bathroom remodels. Our experience was exceptional, during both
projects. David had come up with drawings on making the kitchen more open with extra cabinetry
and counter space. For the bathroom, He came up with several suggestions to make our small bathroom look and feel bigger.
Pawel our contractor was very courteous, listened to what we needed, prompt and left the area very clean each day.
We love our new kitchen and bathroom- what a
transformation from what we had.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! David listened to my ideas and worked his magic to transform a tired, dated and very small kitchen into a new modern space that we actually enjoy spending time in. The transformation is amazing and far exceeded my expectations.

I knew I wanted a more open, modern concept, however had no idea as to what this might entail given the age of the building and potential concerns relative to impacting other units when removing walls, etc. I met with 4 different contractors, however, was most impressed with K&B Factory. Excellent customer service and follow up. K&B Factory designed and installed our new kitchen cabinets two years ago. Last month we noticed a small problem developing on one of the cabinets. David and his contractor came out right away and made the necessary adjustment at no cost to us, demonstrating K&B Factory's commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them, and plan to go back to K&B Factory for future renovations.

Several years ago, Kitchen & Bath Factory renovated my kitchen, much to my satisfaction. When it was time to remodel by bathroom, K&B was the first place I considered. After meeting with other design centers, I made the wise decision to return to K&B. David is wonderful to work with. Not only is he a creative designer with thoughtful attention to detail, but he is a great listener which was so important in understanding my thoughts, ideas and needs. I have used Kitchen and Bath Factory 3 times - first for a kitchen remodel, second for 2 powder room remodels and third, most recently, for a remodel of my master bath. Each time they have done an excellent job. David spends time going over the details of the project. Pawel, the person who coordinates, and does most of, the onsite work makes sure everything is done well, on schedule, and according to my preferences. I would definitely recommend this group.

It has been over 19 years since my wife and I had the Kitchen and Bath Factory remodel our kitchen. We have been very pleased with the workmanship and products.
What has recently REALLY impressed me is how the people at the Kitchen and Bath Factory stand behind their products. Our dishwasher door is designed to be covered by a cupboard door. The cover came loose. Upon contacting Kitchen and Bath, David came to our house, found the problem (the contractor used the wrong-sized screw bolt), ordered the necessary part, and, once it arrived, stopped by to complete the necessary repair.

I designed and purchased a bathroom vanity and wall cabinet from Kitchen and Bathroom Factory. The quality of the materials is superb. I liked that I could pick out everything and design the bathroom vanity to the exact inch in width that I needed for my small DC row house. I went to 2 other bath design stores in the metro area first and found that the vanities came in set widths by 3 inch increments. That's why I chose K&B Factory. I also like the marble top that I chose. It matches my marble tile floors perfectly. The contractor that I employed through K&B factory was detail oriented and respectful

The designer we worked with was absolutely incredible with the design program and creating exactly what we wanted. And everything was incredibly organized during the planning phase, from where we went to pick out tile, to who we paid and when--our hands were held throughout the process, which was nice, because it decreased the amount of work on us. We ended up with the most gorgeous, spa-like bathroom. There were a couple of negative points though that were really frustrating during the process though:
