Weeks of searching by numerous members of the staff, we finally found BEST Locksmith on Coit Road in Dallas. They live up to that name! We have a 2" thick front door, and could not find a deadbolt that would fit and match the existing hardware, without a special order, and a long wait.
Seli at BEST Locksmith was on it - found what we needed, and sent an amazing technician, Haim, to install it. Haim was tidy, efficient, did a pristine job of putting in the new deadbolt, and even tightened a loose door handle. This is a top-shelf operation. I give them 10 out of 10, and Five gold stars

You got to ask for Neil because he helped me out tonight after my dog walker got our key stuck in our front door lock! They were earlier than I expected. He was professional and able to problem solve the reason my key was stuck in the lock. Although, my lock couldn't be saved he was able to suggest some recommendations and didn't pressure me buying his lock. Ultimately I did and it was a great decision as he was able to put it on in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much

This review is more of a thank you note. I'd like to thank this company for showing me my new found locksmith skills. I recently bought a new home that had a less than ideal lock that I wanted replaced, thinking I'd better leave this to the professionals I reached out to this 5 star company. The ratings were accurate about the friendliness of their employees, the tech was very nice when he explained that the lock replacement would cost "just" $395 because it was a "specialty custom part". Last Thursday I came back home from a very long day outside, when I tried to look for my house keys I couldn't find it, I was with my 19 months old baby and it was a pretty cold day, I called this guys and a tech showed up in around 30 minutes, opened my house and changed the lock with a reasonable price, he was quick and professional, he know exactly what he's doing, I would give 10 stars for this business if I could! Overall very good. I submitted online quote and received a call within the hour. I was able to make an appointment for the following week. The gentleman came during the given time window and provided a quote. He gave a great outline of options, and we did not feel pressured to choose anything. Ultimately, we decided to go for high security lock (a change), one-sided deadbolt (completely new installation), three high security keys (one provided for free with the lock purchase). A security deposit was required at that time, because of the locks we chose, and they would need to return the next day

Rafael was very professional, friendly, and quick without compromising the quality of his work. He responded right away to my message and happen to be in the area. He arrived in about 10 mins! I needed my new house re-keyed which contains a lot of doors to access the outside. He did a very thorough job and even changed the ones that were installed backwards.
