Commonwealth Moving & Storage

Wow. Moved cross country with the military and most of our belongings are destroyed. Tossed a laptop computer into a box with a bunch of other stuff with zero wrapping and it broke. Damaged couch, nightstand, bookshelf, bar chair, broken grill, the list goes on. Tossed craft paint untaped and unwrapped in with a box of my daughters baby book and other photo books. Disgusted and heartbroken. Run.

The 2 men who packed our items are named Richard and Richard. USER BEWARE OF THESE MEN!
THIEVES!
They stole so many small items from us under our noses, I could write a novel with how many of our items went missing.
I confronted one of them as well... "No this was mine I brought with me from home" (gardeners knife)...LIES!!
Their manager, Xenia Collaco-Moers is covering for them, stating "I have never had an issue with them and they have been working for me 15 years". News flash lady, you all are thieves!

Moving is stressful

I would give 0 stars if allowed. Since no one else will help us, I am hoping my review can help save someone else the loss we have experienced from these crooks. We were moved March 2020. Their movers stole hundreds of dollars worth of small items. We had four witnesses who saw them making trips back and forth to the van with our items. Their supervisor, Xenia, assured me that since her employee has been there for such a long time he would never do something of this sort. She also was confident the four witnesses were all lying and they were actually the ones who stole the items. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES

This is the worse moving company I have ever moved with in 16 years and 9 moves. They broke my Tv , bar , bed and sofa are destroyed. The workers were trying to get me to work with them since the main ladies back was hurting. I wish I could share pictures. Plz plz run the other way

Negative stars. They broke many of my stuffs, furnitures have dent, scratches and missing pieces. Most of the boxes are bitten and broken. Never ever deal with them. I think professionalism and carefulness are moved away from this moving company.

I would give NEGATIVE STARS if I could! Worst moving experience ever! From poor planning, scheduling, poor packing, to nearly $18,000 in damages to our household goods, not including damages to our new rental home! Packers wrapped heirloom antiques in a single sheet of paper and crammed them into boxes with other heavy items, while my $5 plasticware was wrapped in dish pack?! For delivery, the movers arrived several hours late and all moaned and groaned when I did the walk through with them. Complaining under their breath about how big the house was and the fact that we had a two story home. The

This is a review on whoever is representing the company in the white fiat:
Somebody in the fiat with this company’s tags on the side of the car was flying (I was going 80 in a 55) & they cut me off. They were going in and out of cars, speeding up so others couldn’t pass, and then ultimately staying in the left lane doing 70. I guess somebody’s ego is too big for anybody else to drive in front of them.

Only 2 movers showed up to pack the whole house, one of them was good, but the kid he brought was almost useless. He wandered around my home aimlessly doing nothing, did not pack everything he could have in my daughters room and LEFT THE UPSTAIRS WINDOWS OPEN ALL DAY WHILE THE AC WAS RUNNING!! The kid was really sloppy with wrapping and taping, just tossing boxes around. :/ not thrilled.
