Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
They do not stand behind the products they use but push you off on the manufactures instead. The manufactures or McCoy's that they purchased from are not responsive. Only a few months old and the windows in my sunroom are warped they look like their smiling. It's terrible. Poor job Patrick.

These guys screened in our back porch. Patrick worked with me to get through the red tape of our HOA and made it happen! Patrick was right on with what we envisioned and the end results were exactly what we wanted! We would definitely recommend Dreamcatchers Construction and will be using them for our other projects!

I had a back patio screened in. I had gotten two other bids. Patrick's was right in the middle, but very close to my lowest bid. But when talking to Patrick, I could tell that not only was he professional he was knowledgeable and experienced! The biggest difference was the other people said that it would take 3 days. Patrick said that it would take one. He had pictures of other jobs and how well they had come out. The guys were courteous and professional. The job they did was outstanding! I would hire them again in a minute! So happy that I choose them!

When we had our patio screened, the job was excellent. So much so that we recommended Dreamcatchers to two different people that also had patios screened in. While on a month vacation some animal chewed a hole on one side of the screen. We have made 4 calls trying to get someone to come out to see how we could repair/redo. Two of the calls were not answered, left messages but no one returned our calls. The other two calls were answered and said they would call back to schedule an appointment, two weeks later still no callback. We were not looking for anything free, just wanted to get the screen

They enclosed my back porch with screening and frame ... love it!!! ... the price was awesome and they got it done quickly ... love the warranty and Patrick even came back to fix the seal on the porch backdoor ... I would have given 5 stars but the communication could have been better ... I was told a time they would be here but was they were very late and was not notified til later in the day after I had texted and called to find out what was going on ... I am all about communication and timeliness ... Other than that they did an uber uber job!!!
