Very low pressure and knowledgeable team. They provided us lots of options and the plus/minus of each. We were able to take home as many samples as we wanted to and were not hassled to bring them back quickly or make a decision. Everything was based on our timeline. While I already had a contractor to install our new tile floor they were more than happy to share some best practices to ensure the install was done properly. I will use them again for my next home renovation project with zero hesitation.

We worked with Greg throughout the floor selection and he was fantastic. He helped us decide on the tile and we chose a style and color that was not what we were originally thinking. However, it turned out great and we absolutely love it. Greg seems to have a vision for what tile works best based on the room size and style so we are very glad we worked with him. The installers were amazing too. They were the utmost professional and their attention to detail is second to none. The job ended up being a little bigger than originally planned but they still finished close to plan. Overall, a great experience

We could not be happier with the service provided by Greg and the professional installation by John. They are true professionals with the ultimate attention to details. The work by John (the installer) was perfect. John was very meticulous and takes great care of all minor details. We worked with Nicole, who is fantastic. She's easily one of the best sales people I've ever worked with. No pressure, super knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help us decide what would work best. She didn't force us into going over our budget and had answers to all of our questions. The location is also beautiful and super well organized. My mother purchased vinyl flooring for the remodel of her bathroom for us to install ourselves.
At Floor Me!, Nicole expertly explained the different types of flooring so we could choose the type that suited our needs. In addition to viewing samples in the store, we were able to check out samples to see in the lighting of her bathroom which was VERY helpful!
When getting ready to self-install, we ended up with quite a few questions to which the staff at Floor Me! very graciously provided answers, instructions, and advise.

We had a great experience from start to finish with FloorMe! Exceptional customer service beginning with Greg himself coming to our house to evaluate our ceramic tile kitchen floor. He assured us it could be coated with a leveling compound and covered with vinyl, in contrast to another local company that insisted the tiles be removed at triple the price. We loved the Tarkett vinyl Greg helped us choose and he graciously accommodated our schedule when we had to delay due to training a new puppy. I went here a few months ago when I was planning for a renovation. They have a large selection of tile and flooring. I worked with two different people, both were extremely nice but unfortunately not knowledgeable. I was shown things that were way over my price range, which I was very clear about as soon as I walked in. Then, when they figured out they messed up, they tried to talk me into spending more money instead of even showing me things in my price range.
