We guarantee a quality job according to industry standards at a fair market price and review every job's material and labor to ensure final invoices reflect this guarantee. We are constantly working with our suppliers to make sure we stay up to date on new products and technology that may improve our end results and our field of work in general.
Our plan for growth is simply putting customers first and expanding a workforce that shares this general view in both communication and work ethics. What do we mean when we say our plan for growth is putting our customers first? We believe every customer deserves honest and open transparent communication throughout the working relationship.

McCloud Painting and Pressure Washing is a result of three generations of painting companies. Daniel McCloud Lancaster, having learned the industry from his father Levy Lancaster, started McCloud Paint Company in 1972 in the Charlotte, NC area. This company painted and stained anything from radio towers to commercial buildings like the Pepsi Cola plant in Charlotte to new residential multi-family units or single-family dwellings.
