I'm looking to move to a new apartment in San Jose, and while currently living in SF, I thought I would check out some furniture stores knowing that I would need a new sofa and some other minor pieces. I went here due to all the good reviews and I was definitely not disappointed. The selection of furniture (and for the price) is amazing. Even… better is the customer service, as I was immediately greeted by Irina who went into detail about all the furniture I was interested in, even though I initially told her I was only looking.

Irina was responsible for my bed set. She lied and exaggerated about the features of the bed. She said it's from Canada, made from high material wood, and strong. When the bed set came the bed could not be assembled. It was not made from wood, it was a cheap bendy material. She lied. I contacted for her help and she said she will call me back to… send someone to help but she never called me back, I had to call the moving company for help but they couldn't do it. So, they wasted more than 2 months for me. Then I had to call a bed fixing company in my state to drill and re-do the whole bed
