Commercial Foundation Repair Report

Another Hi-Quality job completed by DLR Construction Company. After determining several leaks DLR Construction installed 45 piers to help left and stabilize the structure. 11 piers are internal. In addition to foundation repair, the structure received a new roof which it desperately needed. Due to all the extensive work needed, the business needed to shut down.

We were selling our house and my parents house. My parents passed away and I inherited their house. What a mess. After contract and inspection we found out that I needed foundation repair and my parents house needed foundation repair and a new roof. Talk about not knowing which way to turn. A coworker and a friend both recommended Doug from DLR Construction. He handled everything for them and closing went smooth. Doug met the insurance adjuster for my parents house he repaired my and their found got an engineer's signoff and a plumbing test for both. I didn't have to worry about anything related

DLR Construction did foundation work and put a new roof on out house. We had them put new windows and install a fence in our back yard. We call Doug first before anyone else! Great job..
