I called for a quote after a driver hit my retaining wall. Answered the phone with “hello”, I asked if this was Bob Nichols Paving, he said yes. I told him I wanted a quote to repair the retaining wall that a drunk driver hit, just as it was originally built to give to the insurance company. And a second quote for me as I wanted to improve the wall and make it larger to keep vehicles from hitting my house, which would be a pretty large resident project. He was extremely rude and said he didn’t want to work with insurance and they are too busy. Went on to complain the ground is frozen, which

Ha, so I made an online inquiry with this business about giving us a quote on repaving a small cement driveway. SEVERAL days later, he finally calls me back, and mumbles his company name upon answering. I asked him to repeat who was calling as I tried to recollect who I had contacted so many days ago. I said something like oh, right I contacted you several days ago, it took me a minute to remember, and he goes, that was only 2 days ago and HUNG up on me! Ha! Well, after I read his *D rating on BBB* and all the complaints, I guess I'm glad he made it Ha, so I made an online inquiry with this business

He sent a team of nine experienced people, two flatbed trucks, two skid loaders, two roller machine vehicles, three asphalt and stone delivery trucks, one large asphalt paving machine and other vehicles & tools to work on my driveway.
It was done fast, perfect and professionally.
He even took out two big trees, some bushes and shrubs to expand my driveway, regraded my front yard so the water drains properly.
