At Imperial Cleaning Service, we proudly operate a large team with multiple service vehicles and can finish any size job in a timely and professional manner. We've invested in powerful and high-end cleaning equipment rarely seen elsewhere in the industry. Imperial Cleaning Service is primarily a commercial carpet cleaning company, but also have many dedicated residential customers.
Upholstery cleaning is far from easy and extremely time-consuming. Sometimes a couch cushion has a removable sleeve that can just be thrown in the washing machine, but far too often a chair has intricate upholstery that has been nailed or stapled to the piece and has soft cushion material underneath, something that will be very hard to dry if it gets overly wet.
Benefect is nontoxic, water based and can be sprayed on anything that won't be damaged by a water based product. We are currently fogging for bay ferry companies, transit authorities, hotels and other Bay Area businesses. Disinfectant fogging is more efficient than a standard wipe down sanitization because it provides more coverage on harder to reach surfaces and can safely be applied to upholstery.

William came & in an HOUR, cleaned my entire downstairs carpeting back to almost new! My 20 yr old, heavily stained white berber (I know, terrible choice) was gray & spotted everywhere from spot cleaning & using that useless store rented cleaner that breaks your back & makes your carpet worse!
I'm in shock he could do all this in an hour, for less than what it would have cost me to rent a machine & buy all the shampoos. Bonus, my house smells lightly of citrus now. I was worried about a chemical odor, since I have a 2 year old running around. No strong odors left whatsoever

I needed my carpet cleaned as soon as possible for my daughters bday party, William was able to squeeze me in with such short notice as her party was that same week. Imperial cleaning has the latest and greatest equipment. Service , quality and effort are 5 stars! Carpets were dry within a few hours after cleaning and looked amazing! My carpets were extremely filthy: cake with puppy feces and saturated with dog pee, drool, vomit, and of course some additional stains from coffee, red wine, and grease, the carpet had become a crusty brown color. It also stunk. I was about to have professionals come and strip off the carpet and return the floor to bare wooden planks. Second time my 240 gallon aquarium decided to flood the living room. First time I called other companies and they scheduled me 3 or 4 days out. I called Imperial and talked with William. He came out that evening. Did a great job taking the water out of the carpet. Today, same thing. Hose popped off and 160 gallons came out. My living room, kitchen and part of family room flooded. I called William and he came out within an hour. Spent 2 hours getting the water out plus he lent me two industrial fans to help dry my area. Thanks again William.

I was very pleased with William's work. I have a rental home in Suisun that has carpets that had not been cleaned in five years. William showed up on time and did a great job,the carpets look GREAT.
Over the years on other rental properties I have I have tried various local companies and I can say that Williams equipment is more powerful than other rug cleaners,really does a nice job. I will definitely use him again for my carpet cleaning needs.

There are many businesses to choose from. What separates these guys from the rest was customer service. William was very personable, respectful, and professional. After a bad experience with Sears I took to my community to recommend a carpet cleaning company and hands down imperial cleaning was the most recommended. They didn't just meet Sears's pricing, they beat it and here's how. Sears wants an exact measurement for each area you want done. If the area is over what Sears considers an area, it's an additional charge. Also if you have stairs in your house and you have more than 12 steps... Guess what, Sears will charge you for two sets of stairs....BUT William
