I called Rick around 2:30p on Black Friday. He was to my home in La Crescent within 30 min. Water was backing up in my basement & no one else was available for at least a week. We had our basement drain back up with sewage and Rick was at our house within a half hour of calling him on a Friday afternoon. He got our drain unclogged, figured out what the root cause was and what we need to do to fix it. Great guy who knows what he's doing! We will be calling him for any future plumbing issues we have!

Our sewer pipe was clogged, turns out to be not one but two animals (disgusting). Rick was professional, quick to respond and offered plenty of tips and advice. His price was amazing and I was surprised as to fast he was able to come, despite my home being about 20 minutes away for him. He is moving towards more business plumbing and less residential, which is a shame because I really enjoyed his services. While I hope I don't need a plumber in the future, I hope he is able to help.

After 2 other plumbers told us they were too busy, they recommended we call Rick. Even though he had a full schedule he made time to come out and help us with our sewer back up. He was there within 2 hours, cut roots out of the line, and showed us the camera so we could see the issues going on. He also recommended root killer to maintain our pipes. Highly recommend Rick, and appreciate his great service for a flat fee!
