After they pushed our project back three times, they finally showed, only to tell me it will be $300 more than the estimate because somehow they thought I only wanted the trim of our new seating and storage nook painted. The dude and I talked for 10 minutes during the quote where I explicitly told him I wanted the entire area painted white. We even removed the storage crates so he could see how deep the shelves were to paint. So then months later on the day to paint he’s telling me over the phone I only requested the trim. Unreal.
