I ordered a sectional to be delivered and the day of delivery I was told the sectional had been damaged and crushed. I had just moved into my home with no furniture. I went into the store and they told me I had to pick something else they would not compensate the difference for the set I decided to go with out of desperation because I needed furniture in the house. They were rude and non negotiable I will never again shop with them.

I purchased a sectional couch from Flexpay on 27th street about 2 weeks ago and scheduled a future delivery. I received a call 30 mins prior to my 3-7 delivery window telling me that they checked their warehouse and they no longer have my couch that I purchased. The fact that they could sell my couch from out beneath me is outrageous. Terrible customer service. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere and avoiding this business.
