They did an excellent job. Kept me informed on the schedule accurately and showed up promptly first thing in the morning. We had three large trees to remove, and they were down with stumps ground and yard graded in one day. They cleaned up everything even better than it was when they arrived, including getting on the roof and sweeping off pine needles that were there long before I contacted them. I 100% plan on using them again if any if any of the other trees on the property need removing or trimming in the future.

Didn't remember what was invoiced for the job and was yelling at me for asking about how come they can forget to leave the Camphor tree mulch on site. I chose them over another (who was honest that they can't guarantee just the camphor mulch). I thought I was saving myself $200 by going with these guys. But I never got the camphor tree mulch from my trees left behind or any from another job or even just oak tree mulch which the owner promised later.

Highly recommend Sustainable Tree Care! From estimate to completion always responsive to questions & concerns. Once hired they accommodated my schedule. The men are very knowledgeable caring hard workers. They were timely, conscious & careful of our landscaping, and cleaned everything (down to last leaf) up when they were done. Sustainable Tree Care did an excellent job. They removed my trees and ground the stumps, all in a pretty tight space. The guys answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease during the whole process. They cut back overgrown limbs from the neighbors yard that were hanging over my house. Afterwards, they raked and cleaned up the area. I would recommend using their services.

Highly recommended! Had several people come out to look at an old Laurel oak in my back yard. Bill came and was very personable and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and offered to remove all of the overgrown trees in my backyard for a great price. He also cleaned up the two Live oaks in my front yard and over my house. His team came out and worked hard all day taking care of my yard. Now I have a beautiful, open backyard with lots of sunlight. Our son used them and were so pleased with his work in removing many trees and stumps on his property in Largo he gave Bill my number and that night he called me and was out the next morning early to start at 8am as they took such care cutting all of the branches from my neighbors tree a huge oak that were over my roof to my property line. We had recently relocated to Palm Harbor from Illinois and our first order of business at our new home was to remove a massive co dominant oak tree that was 3" from the roof line in which the house was literally built around. We contacted Bill by phone from Illinois, where we were at the time, he went by promptly looked at the job and after a lengthy conversation via phone as to the job and the process had made suggestions for removal of another tree that would pose issues down the road.
