Critical: Responsiveness
Called this company about repairing storm damage from a tree that fell on the house and they were not interested. I had to call them back to even get a clear answer. I guess you should make sure you are calling with a nice experience remodel if you would like to hire this company.

We hired G & S Renovations to remodel our master bathroom, and we are thrilled with the results! Right from the start, Bill Gilbert, the owner, took responsibility for making sure that our experience with the project was smooth and enjoyable. Bill actually took us shopping for the bathroom cabinets, faucets, tile, etc., that would be used for our project. He brought us directly to the best dealer showrooms, where the best designers shop for their materials, and he introduced us to the people in charge. He made sure we chose the right fixtures and tile for our project, and he inspected everything
