LVX Painting is located in the East Row historic district of Newport, KY and specializes in older historic gems, such as those found in the area. We know the best methods to bring back hidden 19th century features, repair old brick and wood and preserve your home for generations to come. Company owner, Randall Reese is part of every project, starting at the intial customer meeting and ending with the final inspection.
We are working hard to keep our customers and employees safe. That means we follow mask and hygiene procedures and request that rooms we work in be somewhat isolated from occupied areas while we are in the house. Please ask about details. Offer good on residential exterior jobs booked before 1/31/2020 and scheduled to start between 1/1/20 and 3/31/20.

Preparing the surface to paint is often more important than the painting, especially if it's been years since the last time your house was painted. We'll make a thorough examination and recommend appropriate levels of prep for your needs and the right approach and the right products for your house.

Would not recommend at all. Paid over $6,000 to have my building painted and the cut in looks like we hired kids to do it. Had to call them back 6 times they were not caulking they didn't even pull nails. They painted a metal roof with white trim paint. Prepwork was almost non-existent. I have this work done last summer 2018. The owner contacted me a little while after it was done. Said he just had a bad salesman needed to fire the guy. When I told him about all the problems I had even told him I just paid it off to get it over with. Not once did he offer to come and try to straighten anything

My old house is just gorgeous now. All of the painters were skilled and very professional. They tidied up at the end of every day and kept the work site clean.
Randall and his crew were patient when one of the paint colors didn't look right. We had to try two other colors before we found one that worked.
I highly recommend LVX.

My wife and I would highly recommend LVX to anyone looking for a painter who stays on-schedule and on-budget, with great results. The LVX crew was thorough and professional from the start. The estimate process was very straightforward, and they worked with us to understand what we needed and made suggestions, while not pressuring us to do more than we needed. In the end, they were great about allowing us to add to the work scope, as we couldn't resist doing a little more.

I sent requests to four painters for a quote on refinishing our front door and staining our deck. LVX was the only one to respond and responded immediately. Randall came to my home the next day and provided us with a bid. The front door turned out to be a bit of a challenge due to the fact that the person before LVX had not properly stained and finished the door. Randall and Brian worked hard to get our door back to the beauty that it once had. They went over and above to make sure that we were pleased with their work. I have to say the door turned out better than we could have imagined

I had LVX Painting paint both the exterior and the downstairs interior of my home, they did a great job and I will definitely use them again. LVX came out to my house to give me a free estimate on the paint jobs within a day of my inquiry, when I hired them they were able to start the painting almost immediately. Both paint jobs were completed within a week of the start date. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and highly recommend them!

I have used LVX painting for two different jobs. One was the exterior of a building the other was to repaint a 4 room apartment. I was very satisfied both times.
The LVX representative showed up with in a day of my initial phone call. He measured the job and gave me a bid for prep paint and clean up. We got the job scheduled. The LVX crew showed up on the appointed day on time with everything they needed to complete my job. I was very satisfied with the finished paint job no fuss no mess and all I had to do was write the check.
We will def use LVX in the future and would gladly recommend them
