Disappointment after disappointment after disappointment...
We ordered our cabinets in white with island in different color(textured burlap) with top cabinets touching the celling. A few days after we placed the order we received a text from our designer that they were out of textured burlap color so we had to choose a different color. Then 7 weeks later we received our cabinets and discovered that they were much shorter( instead of being 36" height they were 30") and the designer made mistakes while taking measurement so we had to wait another 4 weeks (but promised 2 weeks) for 2 new cabinets

Alexandra Whalen was amazing to work with! Her kitchen design was innovative and perfect for the space (small kitchen). What I was most impressed with was her professionalism, design work, timely response and help with coordinating ancillary items. The designs she presented were exactly how the project turned out. I highly recommend.

I started our renovation project thinking the big box stores would be cheapest for cabinets. Joanna Gaines always has a limited cabinet budget, so "why not?" I thought. I went into Kitchen Sales just to look at their selection of countertops and was sweetly approached by Tina, who offered assistance with my project. I told her we were going with Lowes because we didn't have a huge cabinet budget. Tina kindly told me that Kitchen Sales also does lower budget renovations. She quickly put together a quote based on the dimensions and layout I provided her. Her quote was $3000 less than our "cheap"

I am very satisfied with the professional service I received at Kitchen Sales when I bought cabinets for my garage and vanities with tops for two bathrooms. The staff were very informative and saved me a lot of headaches and trouble by making suggestions and helping me understand what was best for my installations. I saved money by using them instead of the local salvage store. I am very pleased and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Snubbed by Patrick. Didn't need him to tell what I don't want (I KNOW what I want!) and turned his back while I was talking. Didn't return phone calls after he said he would or reply to emails. My house isn't a McMansion with large kitchen so guess he wasn't interested. Understand it wouldn't be a big money maker but at least give me the courtesy of a returned call or email. Would not recommend unless you live in West Knoxville and/or a McMansion.
