So I was initially very happy with paintrite pros. They were professional, friendly, and it seemed like they did a good job. However I was recently on a ladder outside my house and I noticed quite a few areas that their paint job didn't cover. Whether this was just careless or intentionally trying to save on paint I don't know. Worse yet I have called them a couple times and they said they would call me back to schedule someone to come out but they haven't followed through.

Anthony coordinated the painting and Jermaine and a lady ( didn't get name) did a great job on my sweet mother's house. They were on-time, very thorough and professional. There was an issue with a paint color and they got it corrected within a few hours. Great company! Support local companies! I am looking forward to hiring them again to do my house.

I wanted Paintrite to do the interior of my 1460 sq. foot house. The estimator, Tim Glover, drove out to look at my home and give me a quote. He showed very little respect for me as a client from the beginning. He spoke in a condescending manner about pricing over and over. I told him that I'm fine with quality work and to just do the estimate and email me his quote. He continued with his, "Do you even have the money" tone AGAIN when he announced my quote. BTW, three Chimney inspectors were working on the fireplace nearby as he was announcing my numbers. How tacky! I don't

We had Paintrite Pros paint our house and are very pleased with the results. We met with Tim to go over the job and get an estimate. We then went to the paint store, picked our colors and sent that information to Paintrite Pros. On the day of the job, Alberto and Alicia came to our house to paint. They were awesome - did a great job, finished in two days.
We couldn't be happier with the price and they quality of the job they did. We highly recommend this company.

Professional salesman, worked with us to get exactly what we wanted in terms of scope and schedule, foreman was helpful and patient in color and paint selection, and crew was terrific, working around some repairs we had going on, they worked fast and efficient and high quality exterior house paint project results.

Everything came out looking great. They were nice and responsive over the phone prior to the job being completed. I wasn't able to do the walk through after they completed the job due to being stuck at work. Which wasn't a problem for them, they came out a few days later to do the walk through with me. I pointed out a few things that needed some touch up and he took pictures of them. They said that they will have the office contact me to schedule for them to come back out and make it right. This was over a month ago and I still haven't heard from them. I would have gave them 5 stars

My father got the outside of his house painted by this company. He is not computer savvy so he asked me to leave a review for him, as he was so pleased with his experience. He lives in Roseville and got several quotes. After getting the inside of his house painted using a different company he decided that he wanted to use another company for the outside. They quoted him exactly what the other company that he was going to use did.
They were fast, friendly and ended up epoxying his garage floors too! That was a surprise. We highly recommend Paintrite Pros!

We had our entire interior house painted, including baseboards and doors. Overall we are happy with the finished job. Salvador was the crew foreman and checked on them often. Hector was easy to communicate with and took pride in his work. Once we started putting furniture back, etc we noticed a few paint drips on our floors paint on laundry machines and switch plate covers. Apparently we had a new employee on our crew that we felt was "sloppy" as paint mistakes were found where he was working.
Someone also placed a water bottle on a dresser-this should not happen.

NO I would not recommend this company based the experience I had. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because of the young man Salvador, who was the crew foreman. He was extremely polite, respectful and tried to help as much as he could. The interaction I had with Salvador was the only positive thing about the entire situation. The customer service is terrible. They do not stick to the schedules they set. They do not call to tell you they won't be there. Every time I had an issue, I had to reach out to them. I had to reach out to them to find out when my site visit was scheduled. I

We had a small interior job... Painting the guest bathroom cabinets and a hallway linen cabinet. Reached out to several companies who never got back to me. Paintrite not only responded quickly but they were extremely professional, timely and provided lots of communication to keep us updated. Paying the bill was also easy as they sent an email invoice and you could pay right from the link. John and Juan did a fantastic job. Very nice father-son duo. Chris has put together a solid crew. Their Appraiser, whose name escapes me and the card he gave me went to my neighbor who liked their work, was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The site walk that came after I accepted their quote was thorough, as was the pressure washing to prepare my house for the big day! The Paint crew were friendly, timely, and detail oriented, which I greatly appreciated as my home is an older sort and nooks and crannies can get overlooked. Bottom line, I have recommended Chris and his crew to my neighbors and would absolutely contact them to paint my house

Amazing company and paint crew! With all these stay at home orders, I could do nothing more than stare at my bland brown kitchen cabinets all day, so why finally get them painted? I reached out to Paintrite Pros, they came out and estimated the work and voila! My kitchen looks like a brand new kitchen! The crew were all timely and kept everything clean and safe! Customer service is 1,000% superb from communication via email to calls and answer any and all questions you may have. Excellent job!

Paintrite Pros were great to work with through out the entire process from getting the estimate to the final walk-through. We had the exterior of our 2 story house painted for the first time in almost 20 years and it looks better than new. Our crew leader, Cody, was easy to talk to and really cared about the quality of the job. All of the guys working on our house for the five day job were very professional, polite, and took pride in what they did.
