Rhino Fence

Had originally made an appointment for Wednesday 5/19 but the guy came Tuesday. Then he calls again to get dimensions and details of what I wanted, told me to send him a message/photo of what I wanted in which I did that same day in the afternoon. There was no reply or call back. Had to reschedule for Thursday 5/20 (today) at the same time and again, no show or call whatsoever. Would not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.

I had a privacy fence built using Rhino Fence. I exchanged emails with Juan regarding getting an estimate. Emmanuel came out to take measurements and ask questions about what I was wanting. Emmanuel was very kind, professional, patient, and answered many, many questions. Eventually, Emmanuel and another associate came out and build the fence over a period of three days. I had a cat door put in the gate of the fence, which turned out different than what I was promised, and also had a split picket. Juan came out immediately to repair the issues, and did a great job. Juan and his team replaced a total of 180 ft fence and a shed for my house. Juan quoted an excellent reasonable price, showed up on time, and finished within 3 days (it rained hard one afternoon). Very professional, polite team with an artistic work on the fence and shed. A friend of mine is a contractor. He walked by to see Rhino team working. He said to me: these guys did proper mixing to build the posts that made the best quality of the fence.
They also cleaned up well after done.
Rhino Fence company went beyond and above my expectation.

BLUF: Fantastic service, fair price, and a great looking fence (residential 6' privacy fence with 6" dog-eared cedar pickets).

After giving up on another fence company that strung me along for weeks and needing a fallen fence replaced quickly, we contacted Rhino Fence Company and two other companies. Rhino showed up for the estimate on time and provided a written estimate that evening. One of the other two provided an estimate a day and a half later and the other not at all.

Rhino's estimate was a little more than the previous fence company but less than the other estimate.

Overall the Fence we had built does look good, but it wasn't easy getting to that point..
I had good (mostly) communication with Bridget in the office, but we started to have issues with Juan and the crew that were out actually doing the work. Scheduled to be out on a Saturday morning for a 2 day job.. Day one they show up at 1130am. Day two, noon.
The job then gets completed on the 3rd afternoon.
Immediately I realized the fit and finish of the fence we got what was less than ideal, to put it nicely. Multiple issues and just overall sloppy work for a reputable and premium priced company. After

They did a great Job and finished the project in one day!

Best experience. I never had a worry from the start of the job to the finish. Too bad I won’t need a fence again for another 10-15 years or I would continually use his Rhino Fencing's services.
