We engaged Daly movers for shipping household goods from Chino, California to Calgary Canada. They did a good job of packing our furnitures and had competitive rates. However, after initial pickup everything else was bad. It took more than one month's to receive our good. They also broke multiple items including our desk, TV and multiple other items. Please don't engage them for intenternational shipment. They will break many of your costly items. Forget compensation, they won't even acknowledge their fault when you report those to them.

From the estimator, to the Renay the salesperson, to the movers themselves...Class Act!
When a company charges by the hour, as a consumer, you feel the workers will move slowly to milk the clock. That was not the case with Daly Movers. The two guys they sent me were young, fast, and efficient! We finished an hour and half a head of the estimated time.
I will use Daly Movers again and would highly recommend them to my friends and family

After 20+ years in the military and numerous moves, this was the best company I've had assigned, hands down! I don't get to choose the company responsible for my moves, since the military contracts them out, but typically, they are less than desirable. This move was from England to California, so Daly Movers had to rely on a separate company to pack the items and they were responsible for delivery.

Terrible moving company. They steal personal property. Break furniture and hold no liability. I would not recommend using them at all. Totally not trustworthy and on top of everything else people that are in charge are liars. I specifically was communicating with Anna. If I can give this company a 0 stars I would. Stay away from these people !!!!

During the remodeling of of our apartment this company was hired to move everything out. Multiple items was damaged, bathroom cabinet was completely destroyed, TV-stand shelves are missing, scratches and dings on TV-stand, dresser and couch. Filed a complaint to get shelves for TV-stand. Theo (claim manager?) was extremely rude, unapologetic and seemed like he just doesn't care. After numerous calls, e-mails they wrote us back " We could not find the shelves, a decision has been made to issue a settlement. The amount may not be disclosed over e-mail, I will be sending you a check"

Additional. Please be very careful using this service. My Brand New still in the Box Surround Sound Bar was stolen. They will number your items. However if they fail to number your item, you will never know it's missing until months after you unpack everything. I made a video of everything that was in my home. I did the check in for the item's when they brought them back to my home. The list showed everything was there. However my Sound Bar wasn't. The Only way this would be possible is for them to not number a item, that way when items are returned you will have no proof that it is a item missing

My first experience with an full service move. I had no idea what to expect or what to do. We literally had 10 days to move so we did not have any time to weed through all our belongings and get rid of anything. That made me embarrassed as the movers would be packing all kinds of "junk".
When the guys came to pack us up, they couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. They were quick, efficient and careful.

My experience with Daly Movers, Inc. came about when I had a flood in my apartment and my apartment complex hired them to move 3 bedrooms from first floor into 2 bedrooms to third floor.
Nice guys but I don't believe they where properly trained. They where given a timeframe to move me and they where in a rush. They moved all items first then towards the end they moved my washer and refrigerator.
The problem was that they did not unplug my fridge a couple hours before the move and to wait a couple hours after the move to plug my fridge in.
They plugged it in right away and my fridge never

We used Daly to move from CA out of state, and so has my mom for an out of state move and several family members of mine for local CA moves. All my family keeps referring them because we have all had such great experiences. The movers are nice guys and work very hard, Jerry was especially great as he was the one who helped load us in CA and unload us in the Pacific Northwest. He seemed to really know his stuff and how to handle the tracking of all our items, everything made it to our new home quickly and safe and sound. Thank you, Daly Movers! :)

I can't believe I used this company... and am still using them. Why? Because it has been 3 weeks since they packed my belongings in OC, CA to move to Kansas City and I still don't know if my items are "safe" in CA or on their way to be delivered "who knows when".
There isn't company initiated communication to update me, I have to call every day and ask for a status. Which, by the way doesn't change... we're busy, this is the busy time of year, let me check for you, I will ask logistics... I will get back to you tomorrow.

If I could give zero stars right now, I would. We are moving on a corporate relo, and AiRes contracts with Arpin. Daly Movers in Garden Grove is the closest contractor with Arpin to our home we moved out of, which is why Daly was used for packing and loading.
My husband had his backpack set aside with our personal documents and some high value items. Someone on the loading team went through his backpack and took his Tag Heuer watch out of the box, as well as the fake engagement ring he used to propose to me. I would not trust their loading team AT ALL, because clearly they are just a bunch of

The moving team that came to pack my condo up was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would definitely use them again! I work for a local orange county cultural museum, and we were in the midst of installing one of our more anticipated shows in the past few years. We were given a tight schedule to complete the exhibition, so when Daly came in to deliver our artifacts we hired on a few extra hands to help with the install.
