I spoke with a gentleman named Dino and he had the worst attitude. It left such a poor taste in my mouth. I'll be taking by business elsewhere. He does not belong in customer service. Period. I hope you will not have the same experience as me.

I walked in just to "browse" thinking they were going to be as expensive as they looked, but Deno was able to walk me through with great ideas and even better service and prices! I was able to get the floor tile (to die for!!) that I really loved at a great price as well as coordinate with other remodel Issues I was having. THANK YOU DENO! You and the staff there were awesome.

Great store to walk around and get ideas. Steven Autry was very knowledgeable on all aspects of interior design. He didn’t make us feel intimidated with his years of experience.
Most stores the sales staff stay behind the counter and never even say hi to you. Will definitely return once our project gets going.

We started working with Mark Anthony at Modern Home and ordered a Caesar Stone counter top for a kitchen renovation. The bad part was that the installer did a very poor job--twice. The good part is that from the moment we told Mark Anthony and the owner Mark Davis of our displeasure, they were on our side and took responsibility to make it right for us. A second (wonderful) installer was engaged by Modern Home and he and his team delivered to us the product that we had hoped for and that we knew we would get from Modern Home.

Stopped in on Dec 11 and picked out a floor tile. I was looking at about 1580 sq ft. The owner said he would have the pricing etc to me the next day. After several phone calls and similar promises, I am still waiting for the information. (It is now the 20th). Fortunately I found the same tile available through Prestige flooring and they got back to me right away. Maybe a $16,000 order is not big enough to get Modern Homes' attention.
