We were very happy working with Quality Tree Service. The arborist, Mary, was very knowledgeable and walked around with us discussing the types of trees, general care, watering schedules, and discussing the trim. The team of two trimmers worked over a few days to shape and thin more than 25 trees. They did not hesitate to ask us questions to ensure we were happy with what was being done and on occasion prior to starting a section. The team was able to finish ahead of schedule and communication was quick and easy.

Quality Tree Service, Inc. did a very good job trimming our two Mesquite trees. They are very knowledgeable of the trimming and care of trees. They were very punctual and professional during the whole process. We appreciated the clean up they did when they were finished. A great job was done avoiding any damage to mine and my neighbors flowers and bushes. They are definitely a five star company! We would recommend them to anyone.

The service was awesome. The on site review with Tony and the wealth of knowledge he shared I knew right at that moment we would be in good hands. The ROC, BBB and All licenses are current with strong ratings. The proposal arrived the next morning and we excepted it.
Kelly Scheduled us at our convenience and the day of work the full crew arrived promptly.

Mary is a caring and giving arborist who is helping me get my newly purchased, somewhat neglected one acre property of many trees to their best health. She is generous with her ideas and solutions. Her crew did a great job removing 3 dead pines, some ironwood pruning, and mistletoe removal. They were on time, professional, respectful and nice to deal with.

Mary came out when she said she would. We walked the property and she discussed with me what she thought should be done. She suggested several things that I had not thought of at all. I said lets do it and a few days later it was all done and I am very happy with the job. There was no trash left behind and the work was done as we had discussed. I am very happy with
Quality Tree Service and will use them again.

Crew did very good and thorough work over about 4 hours to prune a very large mesquite. Cleanup was excellent. These guys know their business. Not the cheapest I think, but worth it. Only issue was Mary did a drive-by estimate without telling us or knocking on the door so I could not ask questions which help evaluating bids. Then she wanted to charge me to come back. She can be a little rude over the phone and dismissive of my questions. They do not take credit cards and want to be paid in cash or check on the day of service. That should be emphasized orally at time contract is signed.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Quality Tree Service. They responded to me in a timely manner and worked with me. Once I received a quote from them they had a time ready within days. They came out while my husband and I were at work and when I came home my tress looked amazing. We had not had the trees trimmed since we moved into the house two years prior and wow they looked better than the day we moved in. I highly recommend Quality Tree Service!!! I had a wind damaged tree branch that needed to be removed. Mary and the crew were able to take care of it the very next day after I called. Quality work, good clean-up and amazing response time. Mary was also able to give some recommendations on how to improve the tree's overall health, which was much appreciated!

Quality Tree Service did an excellent job trimming my palm trees and removing some unwanted shrubs. I really appreciate the prompt quote and service. They were very conscious about cleaning up everything. I found them when I was out walking in my neighborhood, and they were trimming my neighbors trees.

I've been shopping around for tree stump removal estimates and this company blew me away. She asked questions I didn't know I should be concerned about, such as - are their any gas or water lines underneath the stump or near by! That's when I realized QTS knows what they're doing and provides quality work. They're concerned about your property and overall safety; NOT only about their bottom line.

Mary is the professional arborist and will walk your property, providing lots of information about the health of your trees and suggested improvements (she's a chatter!) Her tree crew is headed by Carlos, who will work with you to achieve your priorities within Mary's recommended plan. Our experience has been excellent and all have been hard workers, knowledgeable and reliable.

Wow! This is an amazing company. Mary and Kelly went above and beyond what we expected with our customer service needs. Carlos and his team did a fantastic job with the trees in our backyard. They were courteous, and respectful to us and our property. The quality of service that we recieved was worth every penny. We now know who the best is, and will probably reach out to them again in the future for our tree care needs.

The service was as expected; Mary is knowledgeable and professional. Her crew did a great job clearing vegetation that was impinging on the infrastructure of the house. There was no damage to the house even though all vegetation was very close and they cleaned up all their clippings and cuttings. Thank you for a nice job!

We spoke to Mary at length about the best plan for our very tall palm trees. Mary recommended cutting them down to prevent them from damaging the concrete wall in our backyard, and even came up with some creative ideas for re-purposing the stumps.
They arrived as scheduled this morning with a three-man crew. In short order they cut down our two trees, cleaned the area, stripped the stumps and even hollowed out the tops so that we can use the stumps as planters. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Thank you to Mary and crew! Highly recommend.

Getting my quote and the work done was exceptionally fast! The two gentlemen spent 4 days trimming, pruning, removing old trees, etc. from my property. They are meticulous about their work, every branch was cleaned up when they left, and the know exactly what they are doing! I highly recommend this company.

Wow. Reviews looked great, sounded like they would do well. So I called to get an estimate for trees at our businesses... person who answered phone said they were "waiting for an important call" and told me to call back at another time to give info!! She could have at least took my name and number and offer to call me back. Guess they don't want any more business, as my call wasn't deemed important. Hiw rude and unprofessional!!

Mary was here the day I called to give us an estimate. The crew arrived early with hard hats, gloves and eye, ear and nose protection. They were fast and efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Would highly recommend them.

Name says it all. Quality work. We had two palm trees in our backyard (one over 60ft) tall and they took care of both of them. Had Tony the estimator come out within 24 hours of my initial email and Mary scheduled the appointment within the next 4 days.

Thought they did a great job, didn't leave any mess in the backyard, and didn't try to haggle us out of more money. The work is pricy but to insure a safe and licensed job, I'd much rather pay a little extra.

They do quality work. But when there is a problem, the owner Mary doesn't own up to it. She agreed to cut down a palm tree, but without us walking the job together. Her crew cut down a different tree than what I expected. My bad and her bad. But when it came to my request that her crew grind the stump so that we don't have to view it 7 ft from our porch, Mary wanted more money. I'm disappointed she took no ownership at all for the mistake. The mark of "excellent" companies is about how they work to solve a problem and Mary hasn't even wanted to contribute to

Fast and professional! I had entire front lawn serviced at a great price. All trees had been neglected for years (A new property we bought). The owner did the estimate on the same day I called. Very knowledgeable on all the plants in my yard. We removed a Palm tree that was planted over my gas line--caught a major problem before it happened. We also had another palm tree 30' cleaned up--great curb appeal. Will use them again.

We had two tall palms with many years of growth shaved and trimmed. They were quick and efficient, and the palms look better and are much cleaner. All debris was hauled away. Mary gave us a lot of valuable advice on our other trees. We'll be hiring them again.
