I contacted this company for some fascia replacement on a single side of my home. I thought the price listed on their website was fair ($250 for first hour + $125/hour after first + exact cost of materials), but when I called, there was no answer - and the prompt stated they only respond to email and text. Super weird and unprofessional, but ok - as I was typing my text, I received a text from them basically saying they saw the missed call and would be happy to text. I sent pictures, as well, and received a response that quoted a price that was about 2.5-3 times what I was expecting. When I asked

These guys are exceptionally courteous and friendly. The porch covering was sagging and started leaking profusely through the soffits after the ice storm in February as it caused around a 5-inch gap between the shingles and fasciae. They removed the deteriorating soffits, lifted and reinforced the fasciae and porch covering, replaced the soffits and painted. The initial quote and final cost were very reasonable for the amount of work. I highly recommend this business and intend to use them for future projects.

We really appreciate the work that they did! We had a squirrel chew a hole through some siding in our house. After Neading came by, you can’t tell there was ever any damage. Even the paint job is perfect!
They were also easy to work with. The only time they came out was to do the job- you do an online consult by taking pictures and sending it to them. They are super flexible and willing to work with you! We will definitely call them if we have more problems in the future!

Needing Remodeling is fantastic. We live in an old house that is in constant need of some kind of repair and the to-do list had gotten a mile long. From the day they started, they came on time, worked hard all day & did a wonderful job on all the jobs. Nothing was halfway or just good enough. Given what a variety of work (electrical, ceiling repairs, painting, assembly) we were so impressed that everything was done so well.

Eric (of Neading Remodeling) did a GREAT job!! Neading offered the convenience of me simply sending a picture of the repair we needed and they responded with an estimate. No need for an additional appointment for them to come out to give an estimate. Eric was prompt and very professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
