Just finished building with Windsor. To start, Marla is an amazing advocate for anyone looking to do a custom build. She listened, asked questions, answered questions, and truly helped design your vision of your new home. The project manager Jason helped put that vision in place to get the house built, and communicated everything throughout the process. The two of them together truly made the experience flawless. We are in the process of building a home with Windsor Homes and we are doing this long distance from Colorado.
We have been working with Marla from the beginning of this process and we are so lucky to have her.
Her communication has been amazing. We have done several Facetime consultations with her and she takes her time with us and answers all our questions. She responds to my texts in a very timely manor and keeps us posted on the progress of the project.
We especially enjoyed our visit to pick out things for the home and meeting with all the various vendors for things like lighting, flooring

We had an awesome experience with Windsor homes and their entire staff!
I have to admit, we were unsure how the process would go, especially since we had just met with a different builder and went an entire month, without hearing from them. Once that happened, we were on the hunt to find a new builder that could make our vision come to life. Windsor homes did exactly that. From our initial meeting with Cory, we knew that we were going to be well taken care of and we were.
Our home was completed in the middle of October, 2020 and we couldn't be more happy or proud to have had our home built by

I loved working with Windsor on building my first home. I was a little nervous at first being that this was my first home purchase and I chose to build instead of buying existing. I had heard how stressful the process would be. It was far from it! From the beginning to end I had very minimal stress or issues. Everyone I worked with was so nice and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and never go the impression that I was a bother to anyone. I love everything about my home! Lots of floor plan options and it is amazing how much comes standard in Windsor homes. Thank you Windsor team for all that

This was our first home for my wife and I. We dove in headfirst and decided to build, which is not exactly normal for a first-time buyer. However, we couldn’t have made a better decision than to build with Windsor. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The team at Windsor is outstanding. We have heard some horror stories with other builders and other companies, but we didn’t deal with anything close to that with these guys. My husband and I bought our house 8 months ago and could not be more happy with our experience and home. Windsor has friendly/helpful staff.
