Semper Fi is the very best.Durrell my project consultant is top notch.he has ce out twice and reattached my t on my roof at no charge..can't say enough about this great company and their fast courteous service and everyone has been so nice and helpful.Talking to them is like talking to someone you have known for years

Just had an absolutely fantastic experience with one of Semper Fi’s inspectors, Josh. He was right on time, friendly and very thorough with his work. I felt like I was just having a conversation with a buddy who happened to know a lot about roofing. He found the problem, took pictures of everything to show clearly what was going on and even did a little temporary fix to prevent a consistent leak we’ve had. It was simply a great service experience and we hadn’t even agreed to pay for any work yet. Thanks for doing such an awesome job!

Semper Fi Exteriors was truly great to work with. From Lacianne Johnson getting me squared away on the phone to Stephen Lawson coming out to evaluate my ongoing roof leak situation. Stephen was professional and efficient in his inspection and repair. As a new homeowner, I appreciated that Stephen not only came out for the original appointment but stopped back later that same afternoon to check things over since the area was expecting rain that afternoon/evening.

I'm updating this to 4 stars based on Trevor's response to my text. They have missed a lot of business in my neighborhood because the gentleman who met me did not respond. That is why I contacted Trevor. It did not make my issues go away but I was comfortable after chatting with him that he may have been unaware of some of the things that took place with the other person who did okay but is no longer with the company only after a few months.

BLUF: The impression that I got from the phone conversations is they only want the big payday, If you have project on the smaller end of the scale, they really don't have anything to do with you.
Where to begin? At the end of May 2021, I contacted Semper Fi Exteriors and talked to a female to schedule someone to come to my townhouse in Woodbridge, VA. I figured that as a Retired Disabled Vet, I would like to do some business with a Vet owned company. I wanted to get some work done to the sliding door and the bay window that is on my back deck. Both need to be reframed/replaced due to wood

Very great people to work with. They answered my phone call on a Sunday and had someone out the next day to look at a few shingles that had peeled up on my roof. They repaired the shingles, sealing them down and didn't even bother to charge me for it. That was especially helpful since my air conditioning unit broke that same day. While we also had someone remodeling half of our master bathroom. That was one less headache to worry about with everything else that was going on. These guys are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had an estimate conducted by Norman Seignious at our home for a leak we suspected was an improperly installed vent fan or loose shingles. Norman was a true professional and conducted tests to diagnose the problem. It was ultimately decided that the vent was the source of the issue and we were able to get it replaced. We appreciated that Norman was a straight shooter and didn't propose anything we didn't need. He even offered to come back out and do another assessment if we needed. We'll be requesting this professional for any future roofing services we need.

When our roof was damaged, we went through the frustrating process of pouring through reviews of the many (and I mean many!) different roofing companies. We decided to call Semper Fi Exteriors first as we were most impressed with their reviews. Well, no further calls were needed. I am so happy we made the decision to call them and now know firsthand the reason for their many happy customers. Semper Fi was great. They came out the very same day to inspect the damage. Incredibly, exactly three weeks later, we were looking at a beautiful, brand new roof. They took care of everything with the insurance

OH MY! My salesperson was Mohammed, and I want to thank him for coming out to my property and ensuring Semper Fi Exteriors was the company to do the job. I would also like to thank Ben for working with me from the beginning to the end. This company and the contractors gave me a new roof, siding, gutters, and so much more. Semperfi had been trying to contact me for weeks about doing work on my roof but I declined the work. 2/26 they came to my house unexpectedly and started climbing on my roof making marks with chalk and what not for almost 2 hours until I saw on my ring camera 2 people climbing on my roof. I have video proof of them purposely making damage on my roof. Very unproffesional of Brian and the other worker. I would not recommend at all.

Nick and his team are great professional. They helped us get our roof replaced with our insurance company. Our insurance company was probably one of the worst( not with them anymore). If you're looking to get a new roof and siding, give these guys a chance. This company went well above and beyond to ensure we got a new roof. They worked with our insurance company so we didn't have to. Superb service and customer experience by Nick, Ben and his team.

The work done (roof replacement) was okay, but do your homework , the 2 good reviews on Facebook by Jennifer and Denise , employees of the company. I'm very disappointed I trusted Nick and his supposed experience and skill dealing with insurance, the supposed insignificant increase going from 3 tab to architectural shingles a 40% price increase , I consider that significant. When I first heard back from insurance and wanted to go to the lower 3 tab bid I let Nick sell me on the "process" how more was yet to be submitted that once he submitted the Virginia codes the reimbursement
