Wow these people are difficult to deal with. Tingy in particular lacks the ability to recognize when the customer is right and expects to call the shots on everything. Not only did they neglect to reserve the scrap quartz I selected for myself and sold it to someone else, they acted like they were doing me a favor by ordering a new one. Made me come in again when I live over 35 minutes away. Then, after it was installed, the installers left before the job was finished and they were ready to charge me $175 to return just to finish it. They offered to waive the fee in exchange for a review. So here

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff as well as the owner is rude. While on a phone call trying to get a mis-understanding corrected the owner had the audacity to yell at us the paying customer and assumed that we wanted a discount because HE is Mexican... When in actuality his nationality was never brought up by us at all.
He lets his personal insecurities ruin how he deals with his customers.
Check the other reviews, sort by the "Lowes" and you'll see how rudely other customers have also been treated. Save your frustration (and money as they are on the higher end of prices) and go somewhere

Thank you KJ Stone for the awesome work you did remodeling my kitchen. I had a dinner planned and I wanted the remodel done as quickly as possible to meet my deadline. We had an amazing experience with KJ Natural Stone. The showroom has so many samples and there are no pushy sales tactics, which made me feel much more comfortable. They were able to get everything done much more quickly than expected and walked us through each step of the process. We get so many compliments on our new quartz!

From the initial conversation with the KJ team they were extremely courteous and supportive. They ended up getting our counter tops measured and installed in less than a week from down payment. My wife and I really enjoyed working with each individual from KJ Natural Stone and would gladly use them again for our next project.

I recently replaced my counter tops and flooring through KJ Natural Stone. I originally met Nanfer and his wife while out at a casual dinner one evening with a friend and we struck up a conversation about his work and experiences. It was a very pleasant conversation so a few months later when it was time to move forward with the flooring project I new he was the man for the job. He initially came and took measurements for the flooring, I went to his showroom that afternoon and ended up with quotes on not just the flooring but the granite counter tops as well. The best! I have had KJ Natural Stone do two kitchen granite installs for me. Both times Anthony Sr came to measure and offered wonderful suggestions. He walked us through the lot and pointed out great options for us based on our kitchen. Daniel did an awesome job with our templates, everything fit perfectly! Anthony Jr was helpful in the office, showing us finishing options and getting the paperwork done! A class act all the way from start to finish. Install was on-time and efficient. UPDATE: We likes our bathroom so much so we had KJ do our kitchen counter and backsplash as well. Again, the staff was great to work with and the quality is top notch!
We are thrilled with the new quartz counter in our master bath. Working with KJ Natural Stone was a pleasure. The staff are friendly and responsive and we got an excellent price. We picked out the material on a Friday, they came to measure the following Tuesday, and the installation was a week after that. It only took a few hours for their team to take out the old counter, sinks, and plumbing, install the new counter and faucets
