Unlike other companies who did their bid over the phone, Josh himself came to my property and took the time to get on my roof and go through everything with me!
His quote arrived via email at the exact time he said it would and it was very thorough. Also the quote was very affordable and honest compared with other local quotes I had gotten. You can’t go wrong

Josh is excellent because he is knowledgeable and skilled. As a general contractor in the residential trade I have worked with the good, the bad and the really bad contractors. Can’t say enough good things about Josh Davey and his company!! We had a small roofing issue and some inside leak repair work to be done. Josh was honest, fair and efficient! Such a great guy to work with. He was responsive to texts and emails, had some great ideas (both cost-saving and forward-thinking), and was finished with the work earlier than expected. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him whole-heartedly!
