I chose Middle Georgia Mechanicals out of 3 other large companies. Mr. Dwayne Edge gave me the best price for quality equipment. They arrived early and on time. Nice, professional, knowledgeable servicemen. Finished the job in less than 5 hours. They went over the equipment and thermostat with me and answered all questions I had. These guys went beyond and took the window unit I was using out for me and fixed my window screen back.

Unethical and Untrustworthy. In Nov of 2019 our central unit went out. Since we only use a few rooms, we had agreed once the central unit failed the next would be a ductless. After extensive research, we decided to go with Mitsubishi. More so, we wanted a reputable company so I went through Mitsubishi to locate a Diamond certified company. Middle Georgia Mechanical Heating and Air was recommended. Mr. Johnston came out to give a quote. He immediately recommended a Carrier unit due to accessibility of parts and he stated the units are nearly the same functionality and quality wise. So, we decided
